The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and designed to provide both comfort and luxury. The staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay special. Our little one had a wonderful time too, especially enjoying the relaxing jacuzzi experience, which was a highlight for us all. A big thank you to the amazing staff who went the extra mile to capture our special moments—it meant so much to us! The experience, aptly named "Night Under the Sky," was truly magical and made our anniversary unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety that left us satisfied and ready to start the day. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, adding a touch of elegance to our stay. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance of the apartment made it a perfect choice for such a special occasion. 1 star because I can't go any lower. We booked for 2 nights paying 13k per night for a deluxe room. We ignored the fact that it was as big as a match box, hoping the overall feel might make up for it. We were also presented with 1 pair of ear plugs, which to our horror turned out to be the most useless thing in this entire hotel. The experience of staying 1 night in this room was as good as staying on the street below. The room had zero sound proofing. All night long we could hear cars, trucks, people shouting. I say this with zero exaggeration, I have had less trouble being around a running plane engine than being in this room! Do not be fooled by the pretty decor, if you need a good night's sleep please stay away from this so called serviced apartments. We got completely ripped off. Worst experience of any serviced apartments/hotel. After a long tiring day, trying to sleep in this room is like being in the middle of a war.

Disappointing at the price, which is as high as hotels of good standard outside the very top metro areas. It’s on a busy road with honking at all hours which the double glazing doesn’t really shield. Maybe it’s okay if you run the fan or other white noise or wear noise-cancelling headphones all night. The room I was given was spacious enough but there was an internal leak of longstanding between shower and room so that the wall was wet and degrading there, with water seeping into the room when the shower was used. The second room I was given had a smell of damp rather than a leak and the bathroom was fitted so you had to squeeze yourself to one side to close the door. In both rooms the beds showed depressions and the linens signs of wear. The property tries with communal kitchen facilities and turndown service, but needs fixes and updates. My nearby friends recommended I stay here but they can’t know the state of the rooms and noise.

Excellent hotel, an oasis within bustling Mumbai. Will always stay here and can highly recommend for a visit here. Good central location for a busy schedule. Very attentive and caring personnel who cope with the needs of their clients.

Our recent stay at Theory9 Bandra property was a very pleasant and thoroughly memorable experience. We had booked 2 full apartments, for a family get together, and this gave us a totally enjoyable home-away-from home experience . Our family had gathered from USA and UK . And all loved the home- cooked taste in all the meals , as well as the excellent , personalised and warm service we received from the staff . Specially the endless cups of tea and coffee one can enjoy 😊. The location too is excellent - being a part of the bustling Bandra area , with endless shopping and dining opportunities . Will certainly come here again , for creating even more beautiful memories 😊👍

Hit the jackpot when booking accommodation in Bandra. Theory 9 serviced apartments are located a stroll away from fashion retail and all the myriad of culinary options. The studio was comfortable and spacious. There is a common kitchen and the restaurant on L8 offers a fresh veg buffet and lofty views of Bandra. Thank you to the polite and responsive staff for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

We are a group of 14 adults and two kids ages 1 and 3, all here for a family get together with our 94 year old mother/ grand mother. We rented two full 4BR apartments for 5 days each, and we all had a great time. The service provided by all staff was exemplary- very courteous, and eager to meet our needs. All the breakfasts were substantial, with good variety and healthy choices. And we had opportunities to indulge in less healthy but highly tasty choices as well. Lunches and dinners were also very good. They would cook dishes to our liking in terms of variety and spice (heat) level. Housekeeping was also very good. The staff would come promptly to tidy up the apt as needed. A special shout out to Deepak, Yash and Sameeksha of Cafe9. There are nice shops for all kinds of goods, and nice restaurants for various cuisines in the surrounding area. We enjoyed quite a few of these over the five days we were here. We’ll certainly consider Theory 9 for our next event in next 2-3 years.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was so friendly and willing to help me with whatever I needed. As a solo female traveler, I really appreciated the female staff members Sameksha and Deandra. They were always so nice to me. Thank you!
