It's a great place to stay. Hotel staff is absolutely good. They are extremely welcoming. Room service is also very nice. Facilities in the room is completely fine to have a stay with family or friends. Must visit.

Food is very good. Cleanliness is okay. Good option to stay with family if your travelling and just have to spend a night. Not much in amenities. It is kind of hotel where you can have your functions and have guests coming and you have to make arrangements. Overall very good experience. Very close to railway station, very convinent locatio must say!

I recently stayed at Hotel Dutt Residency, and overall, it was a good experience. However, there were a few minor issues that could be improved: 1. Lift: The lift felt a bit scary and could use some maintenance for better safety and comfort. 2. Cleanliness: The bedsheet was not as clean as expected, which was slightly disappointing. 3. Security: The security guard was not very cooperative, which could make guests feel less welcomed. Despite these issues, the stay was comfortable, and I appreciate the overall service. With some improvements in these areas, it can be an even better place to stay.

Poorly maintained property with very unprofessional staff. Ventilation is very bad and there was a constant smell of cigarettes smoke and mold. Bed bugs could be spotted and blankets given to us were not washed since ages. In the name of extra bed in room, they provide some kind of foam sheets which is hard as floor. There are multiple better options near by, so avoid this place.

1) I was charged for the AC room and after getting money the receptionist said due to the winter season all ac power is off. They Haven't started my AC. 2) Breakfast timings are after 8.30AM , if you have to reach somewhere at 9am beyond the city then no use of taking breakfast plans , wasted my money by taking breakfast plans. 3) no power connection in the exhaust fan of the bathroom. ( Picture attached) 4) mattress covered by polythene ( picture attached), due to which I am unable to get comfortable sleep. 5) no nearby shop available, you have to walk at least 350m to take any required thing or food even auto. 6) no telephone provided in the room to contact the hotel. They have given a mobile number. I called the receptionist thrice to get a bottle of water and waited at least an hour to get the water and towel. at last I had to go downstairs to get the water , towel not provided, he said that he is sending room boy but nobody came. 7) i stayed here 3 days , room cleaned only once. Bedsheet and towel never changed. 8) given wifi password at reception which is not working in room.

It is near Jabalpur railway station, but the service here is poor. When you go inside, first of all they will show you these average rooms and then they charge arbitrary amount for the room. They charge ₹500 to ₹800 more than the online price. You cannot order food from outside. If you order from Jomato or anyone else, you will have to go out to get it yourself. If you are going with your female friend then be cautious.

Hotel Dutt Residency is located near railway station , hospital and near Jabalpur high court. Its location is very good for those people who are coming for court cases and any type of medical problem . Rooms are very comfortable and cozy with all amenities. Washrooms are also very neat and clean with all facilities. Ambiance is good. Staff is very cooperative and well behaved. Room service is very prompt. Food they served in the breakfast for guests those who are staying in the hotel is free. They served different types of dishes. Food of the hotel is awesome in taste. Snacks and starters are very delicious and tasty specially chilly paneer ,nutty balls, veg lollipops and so many dishes are they provided is excellent. In the main course they served so many delicious dishes in veg as well as none vegetarian. They have six halls where the parties are organised like birthday, kitty parties or anniversary celebration. One open ground is there. That is very good for wedding. This hotel is belongs to Dutt family. They are always ready to take the hotel to new heights and takes the suggestions given by the people in a very suggestive manner .The only negative point is the wheelchair accessibility of this hotel. There is no ramp for disabled people. My all good wishes for them. Worth visiting place.
