Capital O 10415 Hotel Prestige Princess

Worst hotel experience even after u pay rs 2500-3000 per night. No cleaning Even they don't give packed water bottles. Cleanliness issues, service issues, property is old and absolutely not maintained. Pls don't go for it... U can find very good hotels in this area.

capital o 10415 Hotel The room itself was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the overall decor and ambiance were pleasing. The amenities provided in the room were thoughtfully chosen and catered to my needs, including a television, coffee maker, and complimentary toiletries.

Giving 2 stars as the looks of hall was very good and they did the minimal decoration as per they showed and we agreed. But.. service and management is very poor. They did not do their role at all, everything that was done, we had to manage and push then for each and everything. Taste of food was okay. Room service experience was the worst that we had ever in life. There was no proper electricity and for that they did not even picked up the call.

Good Hotel. All the rooms were clean. But they need to maintain their bathrooms well. Overall a good place to stay with all the amenities readily available. Also they need to change the AC in some rooms as window AC is now outdated in hotels. Secondly, they should keep track of the television packages and recharge them on time to avoid guests calling the front desk for complaining the same.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and one night. To my surprise the rooms are neat and clean but the other hotel areas are lobby and stairs aren't well maintained. The service is decent and so is the food. I dont think there are better options available in the same budget. The pro being that the hotel is very close to the city center and markets are easily accessible. As per the room rent, it is value for money.

I stayed there twice in a week and was 80% satisfied. One lady staff seemed curt and rather rude but the male executives were caring and super polite. They do things like disturbing you unnecessarily at midnight with a phone call (to ask your id which they forgot they had taken already) but generally it's a good place. The location is good and food also nice.

We stayed here for 4 days. Booked the hotel through oyo. Average hotel. Window Curtains are very dirty. No hot water in washroom but the reception staff will always tells a lie that boiler has started n hot will be provided after 9.30 am. Breakfast only formality. Better don't provide breakfast.
