Little better than a lodge to make a pit stop for a few hours and freshen up before moving on Liked · The location was excellent, literally within the premises of the railway station. The room was spacious and tolerably clean. Bathroom was also reasonably clean. Disliked · Starting from the experience at the front desk, staff seemed overwhelmed and incompetent. Basic amenities such as a kettle and tea coffee sachets were missing and required 3 reminders to be provided. Bathroom barely had any hot running water and seemed run down. There wasn't even a bath towel or toothbrush provided.

Spacious room. We booked triple beded room. Kettle, safe has been provided. Though they provided liquid handwash, shower gel and shampoo, its better to carry other toiletries. Centralized hot water. Tap water pressure is too low. They could have installed water pressure booster. I really wonder how old building and plumbing of retiring room of jabalpur junction has such good water flow while newly huilt structure of same area lack water pressure? They might have used such thin gauge pipeline. Shower system is both way. You need to turn the clip to fill up bucket as well as you can use that as shower. Technically hot water can be mixed with cold water in this system but practically in room number 202 either you will get too hot water or absolute cold water even if you move the slider little bit. Food is okay. A wall picture of theirs sarcastically tells you that you may conduct a whole concert for the evening still you wont vomplete taking bath as it takes literally 5mins to fill up a bucket of 20l. This is located almost in platform 6. Entrance from road.

"I had booked a room via Yatra for a business trip. When I arrived for early check-in, the staff at the reception, Akhilesh, rudely told me that they wouldn’t provide a room before 10:30. However, within 10 minutes, another guest received an early check-in. When I asked Akhilesh about it, he said that the guest was paying for early check-in. I waited again, but then a woman arrived and also got a room. When I asked Akhilesh again, he said they prioritize walk-in guests first. The behavior is pathetic, and the customer service is zero. If you’re making rules, they should apply to everyone. I paid ₹3,000, and the staff is telling me they will entertain a walk-in guest who is paying ₹1,700 right in front of me. Is this fair?" Also the picture is totally different and always train announcement is going on. Only one good thing is manager (Mr.Jitendra) is so polite and understanding that is why I m rating 2 star for room

Location is the only advantage for taking a room in this very poorly maintained hotel. The toilet stinks with very bad odour. Depending upon which side you get rooms...you might get to hear sound of train engine...the reception is rude and didn't provided towel in the room

It was an good experience with Hotel Polo Max, also the day use service is best option for short time stay....................................(Completing 200 words as i don't have to say 200 words😂😂).............................

Very poor facilities. I stayed here one week before. Water supply was stopped. I call many times to reception. They told supply will start after 1 hr. I leave the hotel and shifted another hotel. Very irresponsible hotel management.

Awesome place for stay near Railway Station and for all place of Jabalpur. Specially the Waterfalls of River Narmada.[Dhuandhar Waterfall]
