Very bad response, They are just bluffing with the people, AC rooms are not working properly, No TV working and specially the food condition is very poor. I just order Mojito but they served a sugar water its apart from the lemon water too. So I won't recommended this site is good for staying. Its a wastage of money and time as well.

The hotel is not that good. Termite on the walls & wood which makes it difficult to be comfortable. The owner should tighten his cleaning staff because it is the staff who takes care of the cleaning and not the owner who will come and check.

The location is amazing, just half a kilometre away from the railway station, the service is very good, the staff's behaviour is nice, they address any issue immediately,only the bed mattresses were not comfortable, they were getting pressed very deep inside upon lying.

Very poor service, even on requesting multiple times at the reception for food orders, bathroom door, towels nothing was provided. The phone in the room didn't work, they gave a cell number for reception but no one answered that. Location is good, rooms are big but service seriously needs to be improved.

There were mosquitoes in the room and all-out was empty. But the room was spacious. They have a nice, spacious cupboard also. In the morning, there was a cleaning service.

The rooms are clean and perfectly organised. Also the behavior of staff Is good, overall hotel is good and the hotel location is on walking distance from Jabalpur raily station
