Worst hotel I visited ever. I had booked the said hotel for 8th November through Cleartrip for 3 people and mentioned for late check-in at the time of booking, but manager denied check-in, then OYO manager shifted me to another hotel by saying that they upgrading the room type. But that is absolute fake they have given us a worse hotel I visited ever. 1) The given hotel was in slum area. 2) The given hotel was on 5th floor with-out lift. 3) The given hotel was not having curtains. 4) The given hotel was not cleaned. 5) The given hotel was not having hot water facility, they were providing hot water in bucket from their kitchen.

The service at reception is very bad, the guy dosent care about customers problems. There is no landline at the room and just to place food order or for asking anything had to go to reception. I asked multiple times to provide other room but reception guy dosent care. But the location of the hotel and the service in rooftop resturant is good.

The location was good close to Rajwada palace. I booked this hotel online and when I reached to the hotel the manager has demand for extra amount and not allowing me to check in. I called oyo cc and escalated this matter to them and they called him and then he alloted a room. As per hotel staff, they don't allow online booking and they want you to visit directly so they will charge you the amount which will be on higher side. The room that was allotted to me was good and clean. Note : in my indore trip, I have observed that all the oyo hotel manager are following a same trick where they demand for extra charges while checking and when you call oyo cc they will allot you a room. But some people don't want to get into the argument so they pay the extra amount which encourages them e.g. during checkout I found it happened with one of the family (2 ladies, 1 girl and 1 boy) and they asked for extra amount and manipulate them to pay after booking.

I booked the hotel at price 2600 for two nights and when i reached the hotel i was asked to pay 600 more saying that they don't accept the online pricing. If you're going to charge extra then just don't post your property on hotel booking websites. The receptionist was rude, the staff were rude. I had to cancel my booking coz i didn't want yo pay any extra charges.

Value for money experience at this hotel almost everything was okay except for the service which had quite some delays. Location is good and is in a walking distance from 56 dukaan.

Rooms and Washrooms are Good. Even Service is perfect in the Hotel. Great Value for money. They also have the Food service in the hotel so you can order in the room. The Only thing for which I deducted 1 Star is that Rats disturb a lot in Nights. Rats scratch wooden walls, run in between the brackets and it creates very annoying sounds after midnight.

This even worse than a dormitory stay. This hotel has absolutely nothing to call a hotel even as there is NO basic upkeepment /housekeeping be it hotel room, washroom, tables, bed, premises, stairs, lifts, rooms, gallary etc. Even the bedding has a visible layer of dust. No intercom, No room service, No water !!! Asking for TV is like you are from another planet!! Worst ever kind of hotel !!! Not worth even INR 300/-
