Excellent Hospitality and Service I recently stayed at Shreemaya Hotel in Indore with my family, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Not only did they guide us with our itinerary, but they also provided great assistance, such as helping us with our shopping bags when we returned. The service was impeccable, and every staff member greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel truly welcome. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. Shreemaya Hotel is the perfect choice for a family stay in Indore. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding service and a pleasant experience.

We stayed at the hotel last week. The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are very well maintained and room service is quick. The breakfast buffet is tasty, and all the staff right from the front office, restaurant and housekeeping are friendly. A great hotel, will definitely stay there whenever I visit Indore again.

We had an impromptu plan to visit Mahakaal Temple Ujjain. Stayed in this property for 1 day but it was a memorable trip. |They provided us very early check-in as we had an early morning train to Indore ( Without any any extra charge) |The check-in was smooth. The room and the washroom were spotlessly clean. Staff were great. Breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. Overall a great stay. Will definitely stay here again

All round Excellent. Rooms, Lobby, Restaurant every place is so clean and tidy. Ambience is exceptional. Staff are very courteous, welcoming. Restaurant has got good choice of breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, and snacks. Restaurant atmosphere is truly amazing. The place and people give us such a wonderful feeling that we will be encouraged to stay few more days, just to feel the happiness. Mr. Malaviya the Operations Manager deserves compliments for maintaining such high standards. My Thanks and congratulations to staff and Management for providing such an unforgettable stay. Very highly recommended. Definitely more than five stars.

I had the pleasure of dining at Shreemaya , and it was a delightful experience! The restaurant's ambiance is warm and inviting, with a lovely view of the surrounding area. The staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. I also appreciated the creative vegetarian options.

Visited this place while on Indore vacation on my friend’s recommendation. Worth the hype. This restaurant didn’t disappoint. Yummy food served quick and with friendly staff. However there seems to very lot of waiting time given the popularity of this place.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city and is 45 years old property ||||Have been staying here since last 45 years from its inception ||||Have seen this hotel grow and so has its service improved ||||A 3 star budget property with 5 star service ||||Extremely neat and clean property with equally excellent service and food||||Love to stay here again and again
