Excellent service. Had a very enjoyable stay. Nice rooms .. good transport for ferrying us from hotel to venue as well as airport pick up and drop. Enjoyed the food service. .... comfortable beds and clean rooms.. must stay here when in indore

We stayed at the lemon tree Indore for 3 days and the whole experience was excellent. Staff at the Citrus cafe are wonderful and really helpful. Room service is quick. Will definitely visit the property in the future in Indore and other places as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. I was also impressed with the hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated their attention to detail.

Hospitality of the staff is beyond imagination! They are so helpful. Chef Ashok looked after out food needs personally! Food was delicious. Everyone at the hotel, from reception to room service are excellent.

Comfortable room, great service in the restaurant by Anchal Maheshwari ji & Rupesh ji. looked after our breakfast needs very well. Overall ambience was safe & comfortable. We felt welcomed. Hope to come back here sometime in the future. Best wishes

Rooms and other area neatly and clean Staff behaviour is good Room space is enough good. Centralised AC Hot and normal water available 24 hours Bathroom, cupboard, towels, Napkins and rest of area also clean as per expectations All basic required things provided like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, electrical kettle, various types of tea and coffee pouches Also variety of breakfast available and they also ask us that if you are not satisfied with options then we will cook specific food for us. Parking facilities is also good Overall good experience and recommend to others to stay

Recently i stayed here with my family for 4 nights . Location of the hotel is good as it is very near to railway station , Rajwada market , kapda market etc . However services of the hotel needs a lot of improvement to meet up the expectations of the guests from a brand like lemon tree. I ordered tea from my room after 20 mins they served me hot water instead of tea can u believe this ? This is not a Oyo hotel Front line staff is also not that courteous … overall this hotel disappointed us on many fronts . Will not prefer this hotel to stay again in Indore hotel Wi-fi is even worse than railway station free wi- fi
