Hotel Enigma Indore

The hotel looked fine online, but everything changed once we arrived. They said they don’t accept Agoda bookings anymore because of lower prices shown there. We had to pay almost a thousand rupees extra for the same room. The owner himself set those inflated rates and seemed least bothered when we complained. Terrible customer service. If you have time, look for another hotel nearby.

We picked this hotel mainly for the price shown on Agoda, only to find out upon arrival that they don’t take Agoda bookings. The manager said the site shows lower prices than what they want to charge. We were forced to pay extra since we were short on time. The owner ignored our remarks during checkout. Clear example of bait-and-switch pricing. Avoid if possible.

Basically it's OYO township hotel which they don't disclose anywhere at the time of booking not on any online portal. All rooms are unhygenic floor was broken, main door lock was broken, jet spray was broken & when u ask them for room cleaning the same answer they will give is we just clean this room before check in. Staff is unprofessional. In my booking breakfast was included but they don't serve in restaurant they will just give u Poha in your room as breakfast that also without any proper packing. For tea they don't have any cattle so they will serve you in open cup.
