Hotel staff denied to give me room, they are saying extra charge prepaid payment booking we don't accept. And they keep me force give 1800rs extra or to talk to customers care , also don't corporate the situation and more funny Receptionist (chapri) say OYO company owner take loan from bank and making fraud to all peoples and charge extra money Don't book this hotel or Oyo town house 325 both hotels are one , (Lords inn)

I stayed at this Hotel for three days i wasn't satisfied with their services at all as soon as i steped in my room it was totally uncleaned washroom was in misrable condition i had to ask them to clean but nobody did the same. Room was smelling so badly. Pillow cover was old & dirty. There was dirt everywhere in the room. When i was checking out reception member was asking for five star review how could i give them five star even they are not wto star desreving, try to book another hotel not this...

Location :- very good in s. tukoganj.|Property :- average|Ambience :- average|Room & bathrooms :- ok in size but average in ambience|Room fittings & bath fittings :- below average|Linens :- mostly below average & u need to ask for better one.|Restaurant :-no in house restaurant but room service of food is available|Complementary b. Fast :- only Alu parantha with curd & toast /bread butter available.|Room service : - take longer than usual time.. Be careful|Be ready for occasional hot water shortage too.|With such a long list of NOT SO GOOD things.. Still the manager is so humble, cooperative & efficient to handle the customers & give customized service as well.|PRICE IS MODERATE IF U BOOK ONLINE.|PLS DECIDE YOUR SELF.

Probably one of the worst Hotels I have stayed in. 1 star is only because 0 isn’t possible to select. Cockroaches found in the bathroom when we first entered the room. With the second room we had a phone with the wire cut, had asked them to change it but nothing happened until 7 days later. We were charged for tea during Breakfast even though it’s free but it was sorted it after we complained. Charged different prices for the exact same items on different days, even after showing them the prices shown on their menu they said they had updated the prices but failed to put it on their menu. If you are planning to stay for more than a day then stock up on meds as the AC and fan will definitely add to getting you unwell. If you want something then please call them several times as they will not bring it until you ask a few times. ‘Free breakfast included’ is only what they choose and not what the menu says, anything else and you’ll be charged but won’t know until you check out. The rooms we had booked were In dire need of a deep clean and when asked to clean they would sweep the floors and that’s all. Bedsheets were never changed and NOT to forget, there was a cat running through the hallways. It was a very noisy hotel, also, you could hear other people’s telephones going at random times through the night every night and it may not even be from your floor. Service was not good, I would not recommend any OYO HOTEL

Stayed at this Hotel in the first week of February. The Hotel is decent and gives good sleep quality. The location is okay with adequate connectivity. Overall, recommended for all type of travelers. Ample places to have food around. So one does have adequate choice where restaurants are concerned.
