Hotel Suffa International

I had a one night short stay at Indore and was looking for a value for money hotel. It was a good choice, I made purely on the pics and rates on OTAs. Positives are - good location, clean place, good clean rooms and linen, friendly staff and good restaurant . Negatives - bathroom is too small, room needs more charging points near the bed. Net net, can give a good run for the money for the larger mid segment brands.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I checked in, there have been one or the other issues. The service was incredibly slow and inefficient. It took an unreasonably long time for basic requests to be fulfilled. When I asked for an extra pillow and blanket, I was only provided with a blanket, leaving me uncomfortable throughout the night. The cleanliness of the room was also a major concern. The washroom was visibly dirty, with stains and grime everywhere. The bathroom layout was particularly inconvenient, with the wash basin, shower, and toilet arranged in an illogical sequence. This made it challenging to use the facilities without feeling cramped or uncomfortable. There was no doormat provided. While the room was a little bigger than other rooms, it lacked basic amenities that are essential for a comfortable stay. The absence of a designated luggage area was significant oversights. Overall, my stay was a complete disappointment. The poor service, lack of cleanliness, and inconvenient room layout made it a truly unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

My five days stay at Suffa was very nice and cozy . Restaurant food was very delicious specially morning breakfast , I enjoyed pure authentic South Indian food that was unexpected . Staff were very polite , always in warm welcoming mood. Room Cleanliness was up to the mark. Great hospitality. Biryani was just mouth watering , if you are mad over Non veg just go for it u can experience Dawat E Khas as mentioned .

**I stayed in this hotel 2 days back and my experience was very disappointing. Service is not up to the mark, it’s slow and not attending properly. You have to do loads of follow-up to get the service done but still they don’t do it. Food was really bad , not fresh and unhealthy. My husband and my stomach got upset. After letting them that briyani is not cooked and it’s not fresh they didn’t change infect they started giving justification as you never had food outside previously.. over all I would suggest not to book this hotel**

One of the best property in Indore, ambience and food is excellent. They had inhouse bakery and provides discounts to the customers staying at hotels. Well connected with every prime locations of the city and close to Railway Station. If you are looking for luxurious stay in budget then Suffa International is a best option in the town.

The hotel is located in heart of city, it has beautiful interiors, the rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant has some good dishes on the menu with authentic taste. I liked the non-veg curries

Amazing hotel at a very good location, spacious room, the staff made me and my family feel welcomed and valued. The hotel's location was ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Overall, it was enjoyable experience.

Unacceptable Experience and Poor Service I booked a room through Goibibo online platform at a great rate, but upon arrival, I was informed by the hotel staff that they couldn’t honor my booking due to an “internal policy.” The manager not only denied my stay but also took my phone without permission and canceled the reservation on my behalf. To make matters worse, the refund was not initiated as promised. This was an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I expected better service and transparency from a hotel of this caliber. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
