Hotel Ambassador

Very old hotel, Charged 1800 for Non AC room. Rooms give a very old rustic vibe and bathroom were stinking. Windows are from 19th century they don't slide or open. Have to take rickshaw to come to sarafa or any other place better to take hotel in City if you want to explore city

The best Hotel i will say. It was very decent and the rooms are clean and tidy. Especially the front office person, was so good and he with always having an happy face and greet us. the rates are decent enough. Thanks to the staffs of the Hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is its prime location. It’s conveniently close to the ISBT, medical college, market, and Sarafa. You’ll also find Treasure Island Shopping Mall nearby, making it even more convenient.

Worst service. No TV. No dustbin. They didn’t clean the rooms either. They know all this but won’tdo anything but at the time of leaving will ask extra money. Phone also they won’t pick up and you’ve to go to the reception everything. They don’t know how to talk to customers. They will charge extra money and try to loot from customers. Beware of this place.

Booked VIP room for 2 Adults and 2 Kids.It was perfect for my family.Mr Yadav at reception was very polite and supportive.Room was neat and clean.Hotel was also clean and hygiene. Big plus point is ,Location of the Hotel.It is available at very prime location.Most of locations are easily accessible.If hotel will keep this type of service continue. Definitely,during next Indore visit,will book ,same hotel.

Very Poor Service & Management. I used to stay for 17 days. But it was my hard luck to stay there such long time without service. Even for normal water I use to call two three times 😔

The rooms were tidy and nicely furnished, just the right mixture of modern comfort. Very good a/c. Housekeeping was great, providing excellent cleaning .Can't complain about location, either. very good access to public transport. Only reception seemed a bit clueless anytime we (scarcely) used their services. It took them several attempts to prepare the bill at check-in and check-out. Not the end of the world, but certainly no five-star performance. In the end a pleasurable experience nonetheless.
