Hotel South Avenue

I stayed here in the middle of September 2024 for almost 2 days..The hotel is good and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, the location is also good and the food is amazing and tasty, the employees of the food department are nice and friendly... all over my experience in this hotel was satisfactory.. Suggestions for the hotel to improve these matters so that the guests' stay remains more comfortable:- 1) Can add some more items in toiletries kit in washroom like tooth brush and tooth paste and face towel. 2) Can add room slipper. 3) You can keep room hampers, even if it is not free, it will still work. 4) Reception or front desk employees should smile and greet guests when they arrive at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good & easy to locate. Rooms were spacious & all the basic amenities were provided. The staff is friendly & professional. Check in time is 10 am & checkout time is 9 am. They have decent spread in the breakfast. The price is slightly on a higher end but the services are good. Overall the stay was comfortable.

recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. The highlight for me was the Chicken Manchow Soup – it's an absolute must-try! Bursting with flavors and perfectly spiced, it was the perfect start to the meal. The rest of the menu didn't disappoint either, with fresh ingredients and dishes that were equally delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Restaurant is really great, food is tasty, service is fast and price is reasonable. Rooftop is cool and its good place to have lunch as crowd is less.

I stayed in Hotel South Avenue for two days (check in 8th Dec night 23:30, checkout 10th Dec morning , nice stay, good service, friendly cheerful staff. Regret:Two small plastic container (out of three boxes)of almond and pistachio and one box of sweet (Janta sweets, jodhpur) were missing from my room no506, noticed when returned home today.

It was a nice time we had in Indore as well in Hotel South Avenue, rooms are very nice, neat and clean, well decorated, toilet were also clean, overall it is a nice property. Breakfast - there were many more dishes, specially Indore Poha - delicious, I would love to visit again. Last and least I would suggest - when I ordered Veg Pulav in room, it was very less in quantity and was not satisfied with the test of it. Hotel authority must look into this and need to improve this part. But overall its nice hotel to stay.

Service was really poor , brought my kids for the first time they for order also , washroom stink it was worst experience. I'll never ever go there again.. hope they improve there quality of food at least and services what they r charging for... waist of money
