The Eden - Travellers Paradise ( Hotel Sunder))

Only plus point of this hotel is it's nearby railway station. Otherwise compared to prices they charge for room, it's not worth. Not even provide complementary water bottle. TV is not working condition. No display of wifi password in corridors. Food quality is okay.. not great. Room attendant not available when needed.. Every time need to call reception. Reception staff is not cooperative in adjustment of extra hours. They charged heavily for that. You will get very good options in other areas at such price.

Worst service , worst staff , not an 1 % cooperation, very bad experience after even spending 2k for single night.worst housekeeping.if they could not manage they must close the hotel

I booked deluxe category room @1700 online but i was told that they don't have room ready. So i will have to pay extra amount for higher category RS.2000. I had no option left because it was midnight. They charged for water bottle more than MRP. So do not expect complementary water bottle in the room. Rooms need renovation. Mattresses and rooms are not in hygienic condition. It is not worth to stay except it is close to railway station.

First they show room at cheap price den they will say it is booked u have to go for super deluxe room.later they will give u same room category at higher price.water bottle complemontry is not their priority they will clearly say we r not providing dat u have to pay for water bottle.

I've never stayed in a place this bad but I added a few photos so I thought you'd notice. When I spoke to them about this complaint, they didn't even bother to listen. It is enough for us to get the cash facility that is not given for nothing. No one goes here please.

Worst customer service especially front office guy, very rude and with attitude problem. This hotel is my first and last choice.
