Capital O Hotel Maya

The price of the hotel on make my trip and other online booking sites are less and when you are going to book on the shown price via your coupon discounts also they will give you non-ac and the their third class rooms. Not suitable for families as disc on the ground floor with heavy music vibrations going on till late night. Hotel staff and the owner is also not cooperating by since "in this amount how you can get the ac rooms some problem is their with online sites so they are showing less price". I will not recommend this hotel at all zero star will give if it would be there.

The most pathetic,Worst and horrible, experience i had in my life. The bed room n bathroom was entirely dirty , unhygienic, and in pathetic condition. Surprise was that staff was not paying to attention to your problem. They casually say jab staff aayega tab room clean Kara denge.. tab Tak manage kar lijiye. The front staff was arrogant..tea and food was served in plastic bag n news paper. No plate or spoon or cup was served. TV was not working. Bathroom were previously used n not clean while we check in at 2 PM..a typical OYO level hotel. Staff was literally ghatiya n rude , arrogant and was very unmannered. Not safe for family stay. U risk ur respect n life if you still go there. Even road side dharmshalaa is much better than this hotel. Not even worth for rs 100.

Worst , horrible , dirty , unhygienic, pathetic place . Staff was dam rude , arrogant and was very unprofessional. Class less place. No one should go there.

Worst experience ever!!!! Staff is extremely rude, arrogant, and misbehaving!!! Don't opt this a-hole accommodation unless it's your preference!!!
