The hotel staff is good but facilities are poor. Small zym missing basic equipment. Buffet have limited option and space is limited. Had good experince with Abhilash | He helped in zym. Very professional and dedicated to his work. Keep it up.

We had a wonderful stay at Wow Crest Hotel in Indore with our family. The location is ideal, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were attentive, and the ambiance added to a comfortable experience. We’d happily stay here again

This is five star then why no teaspoons in the room. Better replace the chopsticks to steer tea in minibar. Rest all good. Breakfast service need to be improved. Should place crowd warning like other hotels sharing few pictures. Delay in room service. Really need to improve. Would not go in micro complaints. Staying in room 315.

I booked this hotel seeing that it is a part of the Taj group. But from reception onwards it was like any other business hotel. When I told the receptionist that I am also an ex-taj employee , she just said " okay" !|No gym trainer. When I asked to switch on the gym ac it took 15 minutes for two technicians to do it|Room service biryani is very average.|Breakfast spread underwhelming..egg station started only at 740. And very badly made bhurji. |The room and bathroom linen are old and need to be replaced|If you go with low expectations, you will be fine. But if you expect Tajness you will be disappointed

Wow crest is actually a wow experience to stay. From Reception staff, house keeping and the bell boy all so professional yet giving a family like welcome. My special thanks to Ms Harshita who patiently took care of our check out formailites yet was so humble to apologise every time because she had to handle too many check outs and at the same time new entries as well. Her fellow Manager Pushkar also was very helpful and smiling during our entire stay and inquired if we needed anything. Such a wonderful and excellent staff we have at Wow to make it an unforgettable stay. I feel blessed to enjoy my family time at Wow and will recommend to all my friends at Tcs and family. Everything from stay, food and hospitality is BEST

I recently stayed in Room 312 at your hotel, and I regret to inform you that my experience was far below expectations. I would like to provide detailed feedback regarding the issues I encountered during my stay The toilet was not functioning properly, with continuous water flow. This created a significant inconvenience throughout my stay. There was no minibar or refrigerator in the room, which was quite unexpected for a hotel of your standard. I called in-room dining to place an order, but was asked to call back later. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, and my order was not taken. I reported these concerns to the receptionist, who informed me that the manager would get in touch with me. However, I did not receive any further communication from the management team. Later in the night, there was a power cut in my room. There was no immediate power backup, forcing me to come down to the lobby to report the issue. I had a very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory stay. The service and overall experience did not meet the standards I expected, and I would not recommend the hotel based on this experience.
