Hotel Staywell

Rooms were okay okay but blankets and bed sheets are dirty even after complaining about the same they did not change the same, the behaviour of one of the staff member named PRATHAM BHADOURIYA was very rude. He was very rude to us and even asked us to not to book this hotel from next time I think he didn't want anyone to stay in their hotel that's why he was talking like that, whoever is the owner of the hotel please teach him some basic manners like how to talk to the people otherwise your hotel will be at risk. Also the service was very not very good we have to call for 3-4 times even for a water bottle.

Your life is at risk if you stay here. I checked in 6AM in the morning through OYO. They said they do not take OYO booking. I had no option so I paid 2k extra to get the room. 4 times since 12PM I kept complaining that AC is not working. The guy comes once and then vanishes. Around 1AM in the night, all the lights, AC and fan stopped working which disturbed my sleep. for around 2 hours I was at the reception complaining but could not be resolved. When I discuss with same to receptionist in morning before checkout, he says it’s technical problem and occur anytime. I should have informed early. Any book the hotel basically for a hassle free night, booking here made my night hassle and staff replies me that every time i turns off I have to inform which I did 3 times in day but he says even if 15 times it turns off, I have to inform 15 times but they will not resolve problem in 1 complaint only. The problem found be some electrical failure which could lead to circuit damage also and could catch fire at mid night AM. These guys are very risky and lout. No common sense at all. Please do not stay here ever if you don’t want to put your life in danger.

Good service, But some staff behaviour was look like unsafe person and some staff was very coperative. I will give 3 star for the room amenities. Rooms are small here but amenities was okay. I feel unsafe with one staff behaviour. They was contact my partner even I was given my contact details or I'd cards. It's need to change it.

We had done an online booking. After checking in and giving us the room, they asked us me and my friend to check out as soon as possible because we belonged to two different religions. Didn't even give us a refund. They agreed there is no policy in India or atleast MP about different religion people staying together, but they asked us to checkout asap to satisfy their dearly neighbours because they respected their cheap mindset more.

Will give a very honest review, Was denied check in when I reached. Asked me to pay 1000 extra to get the room there. The receptionist told me that website is showing the wrong price, and it's not his fault. You book by using wallet and coupons but we don't get the money, such a pathetic excuse!! I knew he was doing fraud, he told me that on the same day 3 more people had faced the same problem and they paid the extra and then got the room. But, I instead contacted the customer support and told them everything. Lucking, the website customer support helped me and booked another much better hotel nearby that too with breakfast. This one is a new hotel there, and recently they've started doing such kind of cheap tactics to earn more. Please don't book, you'll be disappointed! Thank you for reading!

Originally booked for a day but decided to extend the stay. Tried several hotels but this one served to the expectations. Clean room, Good service, nice locality and great ambiance. Room was a decent size (honestly i think there was enough space but idk how people expect villa space at this price range) Wifi, geyser and food facilities were great too. A little suggestion: provide sleepers for toilet. I highly recommend this hotel at this price

Don't go there. It was horrible experience Before booking this i had see a tons of bad reviews of this hotel but i thought it was just review after reaching there they stunned me with the service firstly I have to wait 30min to talk him he was too rude and not behaving properly i said to him there is booking after checking it he sad he's unable to give that room on booking price he is quoting more than double amount for just 6 hour's stay. He said that he is not running dharamshala and will not give room go and call your booking site they wi give you another room it was urgent i haven't time to change it so i pay him extra and stay there after check out i called helpline of site and explain him about the situation they helped me and talk to owner and insured me about refund of extra money. Basically don't go there it was horrible experience
