The service at this hotel was very poor. Despite raising concerns, no service staff came to address the issues. The air conditioning was not working, and the fan made an annoying noise, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no food facilities available. Overall, a very disappointing experience Hotel staff took my phone under the pretense of helping and tried to give the fake positive rating without my consent. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical. Avoid this place

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Silver Key Hotel and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including high-quality toiletries and complimentary refreshments. The view from my room overlooking the garden was breathtaking, adding to the overall serene ambiance of the hotel.

I am sharing this review without any overstatement or falsehood. I genuinely experienced these issues and strongly advise against visiting this hotel. I had an extremely disappointing stay. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. The hospitality was appalling, and the staff exhibited the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. There was no food service available, and to make matters worse, there was no parking space. I was completely frustrated and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

The worst hotel ever the make customer fool if you book from online they will ask more money if you not give money they will ask you to leave the hotel and book another hotel. I have booked 2 room for my family the check in time was 12 but they give us only 1 room at 2 pm check in. They give room illegally to local customers offline on OYO property and make us fool that all rooms are occupied and you have to go to another hotel.They have made there own business card for Offline line booking.(OYO HOTEL SCAME)

Not satisfied with hotel accommodation. Just want to let you know all that this hotel provides very poor service in terms of basis needs. After checked in, we came to know following point.. AC was buzzing constantly. Not hot water for bathing. Bedsheets and pillows were not completely washed. Doormat was not there for bathroom door.!! Windows and fan were not cleaned properly. FAN regulator was not working properly so FAN runs at constant speed. Dustbin was not completely empty. It was full with waste items.!! At the end, Rooms were not completely hygiene. Oyo team needs to look and provide better services.
