Treebo Daksh Residency

The experience was extremely disappointing. The washroom showers were not working, which is unacceptable. A staff lady kept coming at odd times giving unsolicited instructions like, “Keep your child in a diaper,” or “Don’t dirty the room,” which felt intrusive and unprofessional. After the 2 complimentary water bottles, they charged extra even for basic necessities like drinking water. Similarly, there were additional charges for using the slippers, sugar, Nescafe sachets, and tea bags — things that are usually complimentary in most hotels. The breakfast had no variety at all. Despite all this, the receptionist kept praising the hotel as if it were a five-star property — which it’s clearly not. My biggest mistake was booking this hotel directly instead of through a travel app, where I could have seen honest reviews beforehand. I do not recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful short stay at Treebo Daksh Residency in Indore. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to restaurants and major city spots. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Overall, a great value-for-money experience — perfect for a comfortable stay in Indore.

BE CAREFUL in DAKSH RESIDENCY. The infrastructure of any hotel is important but the management also must be good, My room booking for 7 day stay was done by my company which I had to join in Indore, My parents came with me to drop me at the hotel (not to stay with me), the behavior and treatment of the reception staff (daytime man) with my parents was not at all good. My parents were came to drop me at the hotel room, but the reception staff immediately told my parents to leave the room. Secondly, my company colleague was also about to join my room but somehow he couldn't reach Indore, he was about to reach 2-3 days later, but the Reception man called me and told to leave the room and shift my luggage to the other room, which was the most annoying thing in my stay. And he said he got call from my company to do so, But I talked to my HR manager he denied such thing, this is done by the hotel management. Be Careful before shifting to DAKSH RESIDENCY.

The room size was small, the breakfast was ok. However, the room and the Bathroom were both very, very clean. The staff was co-operative. They allowed us to wait at the reception after our check-out for nearly 8 hours. Thank you for such a nice gesture.

Stay was great friendly staff members they are available 24/7 for our services. The only thing to improve is the quality of the break fast food didn’t have that authentic taste

Having many varieties of jain food with delicious taste....Heeralal ji serving us very nicely....overall staff is very decent... Thank you
