"I recently stayed in Room 103 at the ROYAL ROOMS and had an exceptional experience! The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king-sized bed and plush pillows. The amenities were top-notch, including a large flat-screen TV, a well-stocked minibar, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room's highlight was the stunning city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows - it was breathtaking! Had an amazing experience here. The rooms are affordable well maintained and at a prime location that is near to the madikeri bus stop and Raja's seat. The room and washroom was very clean and the manager was helpful. My mother and I were traveling alone , so this was a really good and safe place for female travellers. Highly recommended 👍✨

A perfect budget-friendly hotel, nearest to ksrtc bus stand of Madikeri. The rooms are kept clean and friendly manager. All the basic amenities are available (hot water, TV, bedspreads and pillows)

Rooms are very previous and the cleanest with modern fittings in reasonable rates. Hot water from geysers was for 24 hours.
