The staff at the Hotel/were incredibly friendly, making my stay feel welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for relaxation. Overall, I highly recommend for a great experience

Location of this hotel is exactly behind KSRTC stand. So you will hear the traffic noise very loudly. The entry road to the hotel is is such a condition you will feel where I am going to. I had a terrible experience staying in this hotel. The hotel rooms are not premium as it looks in the website. Big disappointment. The parking space is very congested. My car got a scratches when someone parked next touched while taking his car out. Hotel staff told we will take care while people taking out their cars. But when I asked about the scratches no answer from them. Lift was not working when I checked in. Receptionist said it will be repaired next day morning. But it was not repaired even when I was checking out. I had to cut down my stay from 3 to 1 days here. Breakfast: People take order from customer and it will be served directly to the rooms. But 1 dosa/ 1 plate idli/1 poori. That means when customer wants to have anything else then NO OPTION. At least they can serve only idlis little more. Getting from outside does not look like a good option. Overall: I did not have a pleasant experience staying here. I am not expecting a great premium experience. At least for the price we are paying I need suitable service.

Not at all a recommended property from Treebo... The location of this property is horrible and I paid 4k per day for this property and all waste of money... There is no restaurant available in the property and they bought the breakfast from outside and served it on the top floor in which we do not have proper facilities... The rooms do not have A/C and we can sleep without AC in this property but not even a celing fan. They just have a wall mounted fan at a corner... Dare to book in this property for 4K per day

Quality furnitures in the room. Perfect for a group of 4-5 people. People who speak kannada will get more respect.

It was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience I've ever had, was a nightmare. First,Despite having a reservation, it was already 1hour late and we had to wait again as the rooms were not cleaned. The front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful.They barely acknowledged me, and when they did, it was with a cold and condescending tone. When I finally got to my room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this hotel. The room was filthy, bathroom was dirty, and we were told that it was just cleaned but one of their staff just took a bath. Even after this miserable situation, the person was rude and asked rudely to vacate. I recommend all to never book this hotel ever.

We didn’t like the rooms. Very unhygienic. Even location is not good for stay. Road is very narrow and difficult to go and park the car

Literally the worst experience ever. We booked several rooms but when we reached there none of them were available. And finally when we got it they were very dirty. The staff made several excuses and said that they won't be able to clean it and that we have to adjust. They even asked us to check out if we can't adjust. Really bad service. Would never go back.

Not recommended for families with kids. The hotel is right next to a bus station. The rooms have side fans, when asked for extra fan, they have only one extra fan, so if some other guest has taken it, you won't get it. They mention breakfast included, but don't have their own kitchen. They give a number to order from another place, so no idea how hygienic that food would be (we have to think about hygiene especially with kids and elderly). The rooms have suspicious holes in the walls. We did not feel comfortable at all!!
