A great stay experience! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this nice cozy hotel as a part of a wedding group of 20 odd guests. We were impressed by the welcoming and polite staff, who ensured a smooth check-in and were always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were impeccably clean, with fresh linens and a well-maintained ambiance that immediately made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast spread, which we could not take complete advantage of as we had breakfast arranged at the wedding venue anyway. The hotel’s location was a major plus (it was very close to the wedding venue). It was conveniently close to many popular sightseeing attractions. Despite being near the city's main spots, the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Additionally, the hotel provided ample parking space, which made it very convenient for guests traveling by car. We didn’t have to worry about finding a safe spot for our vehicles, which added to the overall stress-free experience. In summary, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean rooms, great food, a prime location, and exceptional service – it’s the perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Excellently located. Walkable distance from Madikeri Bus Stand, and close to a lot of good restaurants and services (like bike rentals, coffee shops etc) About the hotel: Decent lodging, very hotel room-like (rather than a homestay or resort vibe). In our Deluxe room, we had access to hot water in showers, water kettle and any amenities (like water bottles, hair dryer etc) on demand. The only problem was the lack of ventilation and therefore the entire room was very damp all the time. So after one day, the room would start smelling a little. We also had trouble drying our clothes, and all our clothes were feeling damp. However, the hospitality team was very happy and ready to change bedding when asked. So no problem there. The team was also very cooperative and friendly to early check-ins. Free breakfast was decent. Not bad, not amazing.

Pros: Very polite service team. Great breakfast. Clean room and corridors. Good proximity to main streets. Some of the sightseeing points are very close. Cons: Parking space is not adequate though I managed to get decent parking. Dinner was not good. Some follow up is needed for service. Old model TV without smart features. Window view is good only for third floor.

Hotel is well maintained and rooms were sapcious and clean. TV was not working few hrs after complaining it was fixed. In our room fan speed couldn't be regulated since regulator was gone bad. We had only breakfast which was decent. Overall nice stay..

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight - a wide variety of delicious options to kickstart the day. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location provided easy access to all the sightseeing places we wanted to visit, making our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and well-located accommodation with excellent breakfast options.

Neat and clean rooms. Good service. Food was okay. Breakfast was okay. Location was a plus. Near Madikeri bus stand. Parking was there but a bit congested and you have to move your card early in the morning if you parked at the entrance. Power back up was an issue though. There was a long power cut at night and they kept shutting the generator every 1 hour. On calling reception, they would turn on for about an hour of running and then shut off again. If parking is not an issue, it is recommended.

very fine hotel ,spacious room and reasonably priced|its location is a little away from the central madikeri |the complimentary breakfast can be improved upon |they hotel did not have a full fledged restaurant ,but some |eateries were there within walk able distance |I Would definitely recommend this property
