NillThe Worst service..rooms are not good at all. Flush is not working, geyser is there but no hot water. Bathroom is full of snails. Also bathroom was not cleaned before providing the rooms. No neatness at all. We ordered 3kg cake for new year. We ate less than half of the cake and asked to keep remaining in fridge but instead this they played with our cake throwing on each other in front of us and lied to us that we ate. However today they confessed they had fun with the remaining cake. Your people should know nothing comes for free. Are you going to provide me free stay over here? If not, Then why are you taking customers for granted. Very pathetic behaviour of staff. Me and my friends will never recommend anyone to stay at this place. To be precise I don't drink or smoke at all and my colleagues were partying with a small speaker. Also police never scold them and it was normal talk and they asked to turn off the music as it was 11 pm. But the worst thing was that your staff was still partying and then we saw throwing our cakes from terrace ot was about to hit us as well.We stayed there for one more night after new year night. So no one ran from your premises. Rather than accepting your mistakes and try to improve you are making fake stories for visitors. I can imagine what kinda mentality you people have. There were families with kids too so what vulgar behaviour are you talking about. I have videos and photos as well. Don't use such words to make your point.

NillThe place had gotten a little old. Only valley view rooms are still good. It's got a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view and that's that! Other rooms are not worth it. Restaurant is for name sake. Breakfast options are poor! Dinner is worse... Skip food here for sure. On the better side room service was awesome!

NillThe hotel looked fine and neat. it was one among the best hotels available in town. With in the city limits itself but with a good view of the ills. Not so crowded and all the rooms were made from stones. Loved the experience and was nice staying here. The cleanliness of the hotel was an average and the toilet needs to be repaired a bit.

NillThe room was full of insects. If you are scared of insects (as i m very much scared of it) like big size snails and very big spiders and other insects please dont book it. Although the staff was very polite, but the stay was not at all comfortable for the price of 3k fora day. The hotel very badly require renovation and maintenance. The bathroom was full of snails. The room is not as shown in pictures. I wouldn't recommend this homestay to anybody.

NillCauvery Residency is a budget hotel, which has 12 rooms over looking a small valley, just a km away from the city centre. Out of the 12 rooms four rooms have small balcony which gives great view to the valley, ask for those rooms if they are available. The early mornings are heavenly – you can enjoy a cup of great coffee/tea sitting in the balcony looking at the misty mountains and chill weather. They have a small restaurant offering complementary breakfast with OYO-decided menu which is basic. They offer coffee and tea to your rooms. Room service is good. Comfortable beds and toilets. They only take cash or google pay mode of payment and no swiping machines. I warmly recommend this hotel. It is not for luxury travellers but for budget travellers.

NillA picturesque location. Awesome views across the valley. Morning views are mesmerizing. The experience of sipping your morning coffee, while you scan through the drifting morning clouds is an experience one must live only at this place in Cauvery Residency. The choice of food may be limited; however, enjoying the local cuisine is the best expense one can get in the dining hall. One of the best places in the city to enjoy the holidays along with children. Enjoy 👌👌

NillIt's good place to stay in Madikeri... Their suite is nice located and when you open your glasses n come to balcony you can find big, tall and thick tree plantation. Food is OK. They don't have AC in any of their room including the suite... Which is felt. Staff is courteous.

NillI loved this place. We had booked 2 rooms. The view from the room was beautiful. The access to the rooms too was fun. It seemed as if just 2 cottages besides each other. The service as well as the food was good. They made provisions for the driver to rest as well. They had booked a jeep too for us to visit mandalpatti so we didnt had to take pains in contacting someone else. We stayed for 2 nights(29-30 may 2017) so yes the experience was mesmerizing :) this place is a must for couples if visiting coorg specially during monsoons and winters.
