The room is nice and service they gave was good. Check in and check out is 12pm to 11 am that may a concern as the hotel is in the centre of the city near MADIKERI bus stand, So near to Raja seat just walkable distance the food they served was really good. With advanced security system..

I'll talk about the pros first, 1) Good location 2) Spacious rooms 3) The food available in their restaurant is great. Now the cons, BEWARE OF BED BUGS!! I found a bedbug in my pillow and informed the reception to clean the room and replace the bedding. The short haired guy who was there told me he will do it. But shockingly when I came back in the evening I found the same pillow cover in my bed and even the dead bed bug was still there. Pathetic service. Don't expect good service from them.

Location is good, breakfast is good, rooms can be little more renovated, good but small toilet, warm water and it was not hot as expected during monsoon, restaurant underneath is over pricy…you can travel 1.2kms and find many affordable restaurants

Personally I recommend this Place,staff are very polite and helpful and the maintenance of the rooms are up to the mark.

Well maintained rooms , spacious. car parking available in front of Hotel and few in basement. Compliment breakfast is good. Near by to Raja seat walkable. Located center of city.

Rooms were decent, the best part was it's located in the centre of the city close to everything and Mr. Varun was very friendly which made the stay even more better.
