Itsy Hotels Igloo Residency, Raja Seat

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this property and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The first thing that stood out was how neat and well-maintained the place is. Cleanliness seems to be a top priority here, which definitely adds to the comfort of the stay. The staff deserves special mention — they were courteous, helpful, and ensured that all basic needs were met without delay. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast facilities were decent, offering a fair variety of items to start the day on a good note. While it may not be an elaborate spread, the food quality was satisfactory and suited general preferences well. However, one notable drawback is the lack of a lift. Guests are required to use the stairs to reach upper floors, which might be inconvenient for elderly individuals, people with mobility issues, or those carrying heavy luggage. This is something to keep in mind when booking. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money stay for travelers who prioritize cleanliness, service, and basic amenities — but do consider the accessibility factor if stairs are a concern

I had a decent stay at this hotel on 16th March to 17th March , but there were a few aspects that could be improved: Location: The hotel is not situated at Raja Seat, as expected. It is approximately 1 km away, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Room Size: The room provided was quite small, making it less comfortable. Accessibility: The rooms are located two floors below the road level, and there is no passenger lift, which can be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Bathroom Facilities: There is no provision for hanging clothes in the bathroom, and there is also no stool for sitting while taking a bath. Overall, while the stay was manageable, these factors made it less convenient. Some improvements in accessibility and room amenities would enhance the experience for future guests.

Very good hill top location, but rooms are on the lower level, with two floor stairs going down, not suitable for very senior citizens, wish the hotel had an elevator to down, with luggage and your family.

The rooms were great but my wife and I could not stay in Igloo residency due to the steep flight of stairs which we couldn't climb. The igloo team was very accommodating of our request to cancel our booking. They refunded us the full prepaid amount without taking any cancelation charges. The staff was very helpful and easy to correspond with.

This hotel boasts spacious and clean rooms. Guest have landed it's excellent location, courteous staff, and the quality of accommodation. While breakfast option are somewhat limited, the overall experience od deemed pleasent and worth the stay.

Very near to Madikeri fort and Raja seat locations Rooms are maintained good. Service is very nice. Breakfast is kind of OK. But you can order from a nearby restaurant and they will deliver to room. Parking is very small, can accommodate only 3 cars.

There is a scam going on in the name of Holiday Owners. They will ask to take membership for stay in luxury hotels please don't go there.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Trello Hotel, and a big part of it was thanks to the excellent service provided by Bharadwaj. Trello provides budget friendly stays with good facilities. This stay is at walkable distance to Madikeri fort and Raja's seat.
