Very poorly kept. The room in which I stayed had mould built walls. The room had Fan holders but no fans, light bulb slots without bulbs. Bathroom had a water leaking roof. Any time it might fall over your head. Being a hill station the room had no windows, it was very stuffy. Very overly priced room. If the room is under maintenance kindly don't open it for guests.

Igloo residency is my best residency I have ever seen. The staff conversation was very polite and there guidelines were very gud and helpful.The room and the restroom were well maintained.... food service was gud. cool climate . Couple rooms were osm...Thank you Igloo....😊

Excellent Hotel, Spacious Rooms, Courteous Staff.||||Couple of things could have made it improved experience: 1. Non-Availability of tea/ coffee during early morning / late night hours. Availability of Tea/ Coffee Sachets in the room could have improved this experience. 2. Very limited options for breakfast (limited to dosa/ idli). More North Indian options should be available for breakfast.

The room was very spacious (suite type). It could easily accommodate 4 people. The hotel structure is a little funny. The reception is 2 floors below the ground floor and you will have to climb the stairs. They don’t have a lift. Although we had pre-booked breakfast, but we did not avail it. Coorg has a lot of options which we wanted to explore. Also the hotel does not have an in-house restaurant so we were a little apprehensive of the quality of the food which would have been served. The previous day we had asked for tea but it was not delivered in an hour so we had to cancel it.

Breathtaking location. Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Best place I had visited in recent times. Location is very peaceful. Away from the crowd.Located in middle of city near to the land mark of Rajas seat. So you can easy to viewing sunset and sunrise too.walkable distance.||Highly recommended.Stay Happy

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Overall, I had a great experience at this residency. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

It was a great experience in this hotel. We booked a 7 rooms on our first time here, and stayed for 2 Days. which gave us such an amazing experience! Great spacious rooms with comfy King sized bed. The Room is Clean & Quite. Nothing goes wrong Location is Good (Walking distance from Raja Seat) Staffs are Extremely Friendly & Helpful and always ready to greet us whenever they see us, Everyone always Smiled and there was nothing that felt too much of a trouble for them. We couldn’t find anything to complain about because they always tried to help anyway they could (even with personal courier dispatch.) Special Thanks 💐 We recommend this hotel for those who’d like to experience home away from home (only much better because you don’t need to cook and get serviced instead. ☺☺☺) We will come back again….
