Hotel Coorg Palace

Rooms are good but smelled distinct odour even in bath room. Service is very poor. Not maintained basic standards as per tariff - 3 times asked for a dental kit and toilet roller. No room cleaning if you continued your stay for more than one day. The complimentary breakfast was below average.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is ideally located. The rooms were super clean, comfortable and provided high standard amenities. The staff was polite and helpful. The restaurant at the time had limited options but whatever we ordered was delicious.

My Kid stayed here during the school excursion. She was very impressed with the hotel and service from the staff. They are very kind in sending the parcel which she missed in the hotel room during her stay. Thank you Coorg palace team for your customer service.

Hotel Coorg Palace is a Highly Recommend Hotel. Location of Hotel is awesome with a very good Scenic View. Cost is also reasonable. Stayed for 3 nights in Deluxe Room. Rooms are Spacious and all Amenities are well maintained. Washrooms are Clean. In-house restaurant Food is Good. Specially Breakfast is Good. We had Bfast and Dinner Included in our Booking. Hotel Staff is very well Mannered and Co-operative. We reached late at night after kitchen was closed, But They called us and asked our choice for dinner and kept Food in our Room, nicely packed. Housekeeping is also very Good. On our request for room with mountain view from balcony, they also Changed our room on the second day. The only thing that disappointed us is the Behaviour of Restaurant Manager, Mr. Anif. He is rude guy and if we order something, then he will behave as if he is taking our order free of cost. Hotel must do something about it. However other restaurant Staff are very Polite. Rest all is above average. Deserves 5 star, but giving 4 star only for the behaviour of restaurant manager. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The stay at the hotel was a memorable experience. The rooms were excellent as they were spacious. The staff was polite and service provided was excellent. The inner ambience was interesting and amazing.

We stayed here only for one night ... Rooms are smaller in size.. Rooms have a balcony which is of no use as it's too small..(15 sq feet ) No view from the balcony.. Linen and bed was good , AC good ... Bathroom just okay... Breakfast was just okay.. Very poor service.. Spread of the breakfast is also just okay.. No Live DOSA , other dishes not tasty at all .. The only good things of this place 1.. location. The main market is just 1.5 kms away.. 2.. Parking space available... We personally felt we paid a lot for this place.. This hotel definitely does not deserve the rate is demands .

We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Coorg Palace for the wonderful location from which we loved the hill view from the balcony of our hotel. Manager Mr Fyyad was exceptionally polite and he agreed to give us room at the minimum most rate . Room service and free breakfast deserve commendation. Service from ward boys is fantastically good. The hotel has good arrangement for drivers . One exceptional event I must mention. I forgot to take my Adhaar card . They sent it by courier with great care add did not take any postal charge from me . This is a wonderful gesture . I stayed at Hotel Coorg palace for 4 nights during my recent visit to Coorg, in July 2024. we took a family room for 5 . The rooms were neat, spacious and comfortable. The front desk team (especially Fahad and Supriya) were very supportive and helped us in arranging few ad hoc requests we made due to weather situation. The Room service was good, and they were on the door, without any delay or a need for a follow up. The attached restaurant serves hygienic, tasty food. only feedback is that they need to better their vegetarian spread for breakfast and dinner. They also provide travel assistance for local site seeing. overall, we had a good experience staying there.
