The second time i stayed in their hotel, it was horrible experience. the werent ready to accept online booking despite called and asked. the rooms were untidy, the toilet smelled really bad . i had to ask for fresh towel and additional bed inspite i paid very prior to i checked in. Bad experience.

The rooms are not cleaned properly and the interior looks worse. Highlighted thing is stinging bed sheet and pillows. Most important thing, the bathroom is very worst and poorly maintained and Un cleaned.I don't know how they claim it's a 3 star hotel without this basic thing. Then, customer service is very bad. For everything(like towel, water,dental kit), we need to contact the front desk. They didn't give that upfront. Also, their response is very late and will never ever pick phone call. Strictly, not recommended. A big no.

I'm giving this 3star is just because of the morning shift manager Mr.Karen. He do his job very much better then the other shift manager. I will not recommend this hotel because of the closing shift manager only. The interior and the service of the hotel all are awesome. If I found out the manager like Mr.karen in closing shift also I may give you 5stars. I use to stay here for many times and now I decided not to stay here whenever I come to Bengaluru because of the closing shift manager. I don't get his name at all but he is having worst hospitality.

I wish there was a 0 rating. The rooms are terrible: dirty towels, soiled plates, and, to top it all, wifi doesn't work on the 3rd floor. Rooms were full of cockroaches. And funny part is they charge 2200/- per night I had a stay for 2 nights only so couldn't move out, else would have dumped this hotel on the first day.

Worst room maintenance. Insects and small cockroaches are moving in the room. Cup boards repair. Very disappointed. No restaurant in the hotel.

The only positive about this hotel is its location. Otherwise everything is bad. Open parking is only available for your car, which gets dirt in a single day stay. Then, the rooms are big but not good. The rooms are not cleaned properly and the interior looks worse. Even, there is no TV in the room. Most important thing, the bathroom is very worst. The flash itself is not working. I don't know how they claim it's a 3 star hotel without this basic thing. Then, customer service is very bad. For everything(like towel, water,dental kit), we need to contact the front desk. They didn't give that upfront. Also, their response is very late. If you are complaining any issue, they will look into that after an hour. Strictly, not recommended.
