Loved our stay here! The hospitality is amazing and so welcoming. Including the outside security that do an amazing job! The breakfast buffet was mind blowing - don't miss the filter cappi ❤️ The rooms are incredibly adorable for couples but could do better baby proofing for few rooms. The in-room dinning as well could be better in communicating despite requesting for non-spicy food for babies. Overall, it's an excellent hotel to stay in any occasion. Will definitely come back again ✨

Good budget hotel, my rating as shown below, 1. Building – 4 Star 2. Reception support – 5 Star 3. Reception – 3 Star, only few chairs in reception waiting area. 4. Breakfast – 4 Star 5. Hotel housekeeping – 3 Star, Their cleaning is good, however, they always keep only one bath towel and forget to place the bathroom mat. We have to call reception for help. My stay duration - 4 nights

I had a wonderful stay at the Welcome Hotel in Bangalore. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and easy. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to Rumesh, who provided outstanding service in the cafe. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enhanced the experience. We are from the United States, visiting India for the first time. The ITC Welcomhotel in Bangalore is proving to be one of our favorite stays. The rooms, cleanliness and service are excellent. Our laundry was done exactly as requested. We have now taken two evening meals at the Jacaranda buffet. The diversity of dishes is impressive (different each day) and very helpful for those who do not tolerate South Indian spice. At the same time Indian breads and traditional Indian dishes are a prepared with loving care and are very tasty! The wait staff is attentive and professional without being overbearing. My compliments to Anu and Moi who have made us feel particularly welcome and cared for. I feel honor bound to mention value. We have stayed at hotels elsewhere in India with less “bang for one’s buck.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives and stay here again, myself. Be prepared for Bengaluru traffic.

If you are looking a high end hotel for your stay or meetings, this hotel by ITC is definitely a good pick. The staff are cordial and directs you throughout. Their refreshments which included tasty cookies were also great.
