Treebo White Inn

I saw at least 10 roaches in the bedroom (yes I counted). Service is horrible. When I showed the front desk and asked for a new room, they told me no. I only got a new room because I told them I wasn't going upstairs without it. The room was filthy too. Previous guest left used condoms and lube in one of the drawers. Absolutely disgusting 🤮

Service is good. due to less manpower management they may not do everything fast or as on your expectation after information give them some time they will complete it….

It was one of the most mis- managed hotel. The location on Google maps is wrong so it took me a while to figure out the exact location. No toiletries in the room. And even after asking for them, they didn’t send any. Breakfast is so-so. It’s neither good nor bad. The kitchen area looks awful! The staff is okay. There is a no smoking sign but someone kept smoking near my room all the time and we had to bear the smell the whole day.

Most pathetic service staff . When we said ac is splitting water he mentioned to put in 24 c which is OK then proceeded to say" Fan bhi Chelega , Tanda hi mosam " . Breakfast is finished by 9am itself and then they asked to wait for some time so that they make noodles without masala . We went out for breakfast after seeing the pathetic condition of kitchen and seeting there. Room is good . Many things to improve.

Very nice hotel. The receptionist Suresh was very helpful. The locality is nice and as well as the service provided by Mr Suresh and his entourage. Will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Very very poorly managed and extremely dirty rooms, unclean floors and washrooms. There were no fresh toiletries provided and soiled unclean teacups were kept for use by customers. The person who sits at the reception had no interest in customer service at all and I had to call and write to the customer care of Treebo to get the room cleaned bare minimum, for our usuage. He also intially demanded more money than agreed by Treebo before stay and said Treebo is different and he manages the hotel! This was the worst experience in a Treebo hotel, unlike the other Hotels of the Treebo chain. However after several calls and complaints to Treebo customer care ( after several calls where the customer is unnecessarily kept on hold for so long , so that they give up reporting to customer care! ) and detailed emails with images ,they finally paid attention to the details of mismanagement in this particular hotel! The staff was unprofessional but one lady at customer service finally dealt the issue professionally. But our time was largely wasted and day was spoiled due to this bad experience!

The rooms are unhygenic, an unclean.. not a good place to stay.

Never choose this. Unclean room, no toiletries, bad food, rude staffs, they don't even gave us the bath towels.
