Hotel Windsor Castle Inn

We recently stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed since its in a prime location, making it easy to access everything we needed. The room was very spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of five. We also felt extremely safe throughout our trip. But the hotel didn't provide tea/coffee sets or toothbrush sets, which disappointed us. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and didn't quite meet our expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed in this place for 15 days. I was welcomed with lots of cockroaches in the room and at night they give a good company. You cannot blame the staff because the owner is not bothered to spend on maintenance, cleanliness, pest control etc. No doubt its in the heart of the city.

I visited last week, rooms was cleaned. Service was very nice and fast , Mr. Ansari on reception really very friendly nature. Overall service was good.

Bad Service, Old Rooms, Used Bedsheets, Old-Wavy-Lifeless Pillows, Used and dirty towels, no floor mats, rude staff. Not worth the amount that they charge. Feels like a government IB that charges 500 Rs per day. I've complained 3 days in a line and yet it took them 2 days to change Bedsheets and give us a doormat. Mr.Reddy must himself go and check all rooms before fixing the tariff of the hotel. I infact thought the reception guy is the owner! Amazing attitudes!

I stayed here for 2 days, rooms are really good and cosy well maintained and whole staff was polite and helpful. Hotel is at the prime location in that area. Definitely worth spending money over here for luxury comfort 👍👍

We stayed as a family at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, near to all major attractions. The rooms were neat and the staff support was good, especially Mr John, great service!! The complementary breakfast was also good . We would definitely recommend the hotel👏

Terrible rooms and horrendous services. I paid for a "deluxe room" and got a room that was dirty and full of insects. I went down to tell the employees and they were rude and disrespectful, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. I would not wish my worst enemies to even live here, utterly disgusting "hotel."

The staff is very obliging and polite. The rooms are not kept clean. Stinking and cockroach...doesn't make one feel comfortable. Cleanliness is a must for any guest.
