Octave Castle Suites

I had a bad experience here. The room that i had taken online looked good only in the pictures. When i entered the room the story was completely different. Extremely dirty room dirty walls i felt like throwing up the moment i entered the room. I checked out the very same moment dint even send 5 mins at this dirty hotel.. they dint even bother to ask me for a refund.. i checked in to the hotel right opposite to this one which was much better and clean. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone honestly.

We had a wonderful stay here at Octave Castle Suites. The staff were always extremely helpful. They kindly let us check in early which was brilliant as we had arrived on a bus at 5am. The apartments were perfect as we are two families travelling. We know they are in the process of renovating and as this happens it will become even better. Great kind people, great location and spacious rooms at an affordable price. Thanks for looking after us. 🙏

The Asset is under renovation. I don't know why they are still taking in people to stay. so much Noise, Smelly Rooms, Smoking smell everywhere. So Cramped bathrooms. One of the worst place I stayed. Plz don't go with the old reviews. Currently they are renovating.

We went to the hotel while the renovation was going on . So we went through some situations which were like changing rooms and all. The overall experience in the hotel was okay. The staffs were nice and helpful.

I had a very bad experience here. I had to pay 4k for this suit and no amenities were provided properly. Ac were not working. No water was given from there side. Lift was not working in between. Bedsheets and bath towels were not clean enough. Atleast expected these things for the money I’m paying. Moreover there was a disgusting smell when we entered here. They have the worst cleanliness.

Rooms were good but a lot of small cockroaches keeps annoying. They should focus on cleanliness. Also T. V was not working fine, no one fixed it despite of telling multiple times. Location is good but charges are slightly on the expensive side. Restaurant food was average

Most importantly, the hotel room was extremely elegant and had all the essentials for a short stay. The bathrooms were also well kempt and clean. The overall aesthetic of the room should also be appreciated. Moreover, the service provided and the humbleness and hospitality of the staff were really comforting. They were even kind and considerant enough to make adjustments to make us, visitors feel at home. Would most definitely recommend to everyone looking for good service and classy accomodation.
