The staff was extremely humble, friendly, and always greeted us with smiling faces, which made the stay even more pleasant.|The food was very delicious and well prepared. Everything was served fresh and the overall hospitality was excellent. The hotel maintains a very comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.|I highly recommend Hotel Lee Heritage to anyone visiting Srinagar. Unbeatable value for money and fantastic location near Lal Chowk! We stayed here for 2 nights with a family of 4 adults and a child. At around ₹2,000–₹3,000 per night, this hotel is an absolute steal for Srinagar. It offered a highly decent, manageable stay at half the price of what you usually pay in the valleys. The hotel has a wonderful, unique personality. They have beautifully decorated the spaces with authentic antique pieces—old cameras, classic music and DVD players, and very old-school rotary dial telephones from the 50s and 60s. It was a joy to see these elements preserved so well. Senior-Citizen Consideration: The hotel has rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors but no lift. However, noticing our family needs, the management gracefully accommodated us completely on the ground floor, which made things incredibly easy for us. Verdict: If you are looking for a super budget-friendly, highly accessible, and cooperative hotel in the heart of Srinagar, this is an amazing deal. Perfect for practical travelers!

Located in the heart of Lal Chowk, Srinagar, the hotel enjoys a very convenient central location amidst the bustling market area. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making our stay extremely comfortable. We had requested for an extra bed, which was provided promptly, which was exceptionally comfortable as well. Even with the additional bedding, the room still had ample space for my younger kid to move around freely. We also tried their Indian main course, which was absolutely delicious. Although the pricing was slightly on the higher side, the overall dining experience was very satisfying. Another major advantage was the hotel’s excellent location — the iconic Ghanta Ghar was just a short 400-meter walk away, while popular eateries like Nathu’s and several other restaurants were within walking distance, around 900 meters or so. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Lee Heritage Srinagar with our family. The property is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality of the owner and the entire staff. The owner is an extremely kind and caring person who welcomed us warmly and made us feel like part of the family. Throughout our stay, he was always concerned about our comfort and went out of his way to help whenever needed. His genuine nature and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The staff members were also very polite, respectful, and attentive. The rooms were neat, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every aspect of our stay was pleasant. Thank you to the entire Lee Heritage team for making our family trip to Srinagar so comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.
