Hotel Regal Palace

Our stay at hotel regal palace was very comfortable, their reception was good, house keeping and services was very good, breakfast and dinner was excellent and hygiene. The hospitality was excellent, staff were courteous. The tour package offered by them was the best deal (economical). We loved our 4day stay at regal palace very much.

The rooms are very messy and bathrooms are stinking. I found hairs in pillow. The food is tasty but it is beside the non - veg counter. This way vegetarians are facing problems. I prefer to not to live in this hotel...

Our stay at this hotel is just an amazing experience. The rooms, service and location are upto the mark. The management and staffs are loving and caring. Specially, Rauf the receptionist is a sweetest guy we've met. Thanks Spree Holidays for this beautiful experience...☺️

Rooms are too small ❌ Needs improvement on cleanliness. ❌ Staff is also lying and ask for tips for every service ❌ Food quality was good ✅ Overall hospitality is not upto the mark according to the price. You can easily get better property in less price in the same location.

We are from 17 Sep to 20 sept two rooms four persons. Best location Room service staff not cleaning since last three days. Specious Rooms Not Neat & clean Nonveg and veg food serving on same counter not even two inches away. I not recommend this property to vegitarian. Neither our tour manager nor hotel management bother to ask about food taken or not. Just like we arrived unwanted people.

We received a wonderful service from the staff during our Amarnath yatra in July 2024. Rooms were neat and maintanance was good. Staff was cooperative and served well. Food was also good and specially they serve only vegetarian during yatra days.
