Very good hospitality.. Hot water was available all the time... but didn't had room heating system(even though fine in October end) but that is reasonable on this price. All good to book this property anytime.

This hotel is strongly recommended to everyone who comes to Srinagar. The staff and the services are very nice. Keep up the good work.I visited last Dec 2023 but was late to post my review. I am Happy customer.

Amazing stay, lovely staff and great location. We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, Zain bhai was a delightful person to interact with and the food by Farhad bhai will remind you of home cooked food, it’ll make you home sick and eventually will make your stay cozy and comfortable. Location is extremely convenient as it is at walk in distance from Lal chowk Srinagar.

Good Location.... 50mtrs from Lal chowk. Everything is nearby... Host is Good.... Room No. 103 is clean and neat... 24hrs hot water available and bed heater provided... We were able to manage in peak winter.... Room No.102 is ok but Room No.101 is not clean and bed heater is not working like other rooms. Good option for Budget Family Travellers....

This hotel is situated in very good location. We stayed here for 2 nights. The ghantaghar or lal chowk is very nearer to this hotel. Electric blankets are provided. 24/7 hot water. Guys at front desk are very responsive and will help with your queries. Con: The wifi was not working throughout our stay.

Rooms are good, tariff is very affordable, all time hot water available at bathroom, Staffs are well behaved but we were there at the time of Roza that’s why we experienced some service issue otherwise all was good.

It’s a small guest house kind of hotel with neat and clean rooms. They provide electric blanket in the room which might not be sufficient for old age people and kids during winters when temperatures r in 0-5 degrees Otherwise good budget option near to lal chowk

I'm leaving the photos here. They speak for themselves. The Staff is super friendly and food service is great. They suggested us good places and arranged us our Airport shuttle as well. But I would definitely not recommend this for couples or anyone accompanying with ladies.
