This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hospitality was outstanding, the staff were extremely courteous, and the service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was a delight. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A special mention to Wasim Sir, who was exceptionally polite, calm, and attentive throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm demeanor really made a difference. Overall, an excellent hotel in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar!

The hotel is amazing. We had a splendid experience. The room was well maintained and clean. The washroom was clean as well. The food was undoubtedly amazing. The main thing we liked was the staff being very polite and courteous and made us enjoy a lot. No issues there. Truly recommended this place for those who want to come to Srinagar. Big thanks to the staff and the service was just perfect!

The first impression after entering the hotel is very positive. The staff at the reception welcomes you with a smile, you start to feel from the beginning that the stay will be wonderful. I ask myself, can it get any better? Well, after meeting the manager of the restaurant and the whole team, we immediately felt like we were in heaven, or maybe at home:) Wasim and his team made us feel extremely special - the cook prepares dishes perfectly, you can feel his heart and love for local cuisine in the dishes. Thank you for everything!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kashmir. Everything was perfect — from the peaceful and scenic location to the excellent food and top-notch service. I stayed in Kareem residency for one day only but service I got was excellent. Hotel ambience was lovely and staff were humble and kind. They provided room service for smallest of our requirement including weighing machine to pack our bags. We could not take next days breakfast due to early flight so hotel staff packed us breakfast at 5 am in the morning. They showed home like care with this gesture. I am really impressed with their generosity.

We stayed with our family and the experience was wonderful. The food suits taste buds of all Indian tongues. Veg and non-veg are just near perfect. The staff is too welcoming. They are courteous. Room service and the rooms are very good. I would surely recommend people to opt Kareem Residency for they pleasant stay in Srinagar near Dal lake. BTW, I visited Kashmir while people were in double minds for their security consideration. However, the life is just usual and chilling! Do visit Kashmir, guys. Place and people are awesome 👍

During my recent family trip to Kashmir, we stayed at Kareem Residency in Srinagar and had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.||The entire staff was warm, courteous, and thoroughly professional.||Both breakfast and dinner at the in-house restaurant were delightful, with consistently high-quality food and service.||Special appreciation goes to:||Restaurant Team:|Waseem (F&B Manager), Bilal (Deputy), Basheer, and the rest of the team.
