Hotel Care

Very bad service. staff behaviour is very rude. Toilets are broken and not clean. Edit 1: By giving reply on my review they act like they care about guests. But in reality they don't care. This is not 2 star hotel, actually it more of type madarsaha. Fan is not working i complaint them at 2pm and they repair it at 8pm by giving reason that today is jumma and electrician not available. Bloody fool. In the morning no hot water service available i ask them they said bring hot water from ground floor to 3rd floor. Very disgusting and disappointing. Don't go ever. Instead of this preferred to stay in yatri nivas near lal chauk.

The English toilet was also shaking, there was no cleanliness in the room, and the staff does not pay any attention, one has to come down to get water, the emergency bell in the room also does not work and their service is not good These people arrange rooms in the nearby hotels, there is more trouble than this, the fans don't work, they are not even clean

Never come to this hotel because it is the agency's favorite (meaning the agency takes a large commission from this hotel). The entire hotel is very poor. There are problems with hot water, electricity, availability of staff, and many other issues. Only the service staff's behavior is good, but that's because there isn't any other option if they don't behave well.

They are fraud. I booked Hotel care with Full payment. Once I reached hotel They told me Hotel all room filled. Forcefully They shifted us in very bad guest house. very smell room, very bad condition guest house. Even they dont have soap in washroom. Asking money for purchase washroom soap. I can not believe this of behaviour. I visited with family so I do not have choice to stay One night in very bad condition. Staff behaviour is very bad. They wants fighting with us. This type of property should be ban. Fake hotel Never Recommend.
