Very bad. The bed is untidy. Did not get proper food but had informed about our arrival 1 hr ago.

Poor quality of rooms. Very dirty beds and rooms. Behaviour of staffs were very arrogant. The owner of this hotel is a cheater and liar. Do not book this hotel. Food was very bad and extremely high priced. They charged us 2500/- per room per night but the quality of the rooms are below 250/-.

Terrible. Never trust this owner, he will charge extra money in every possible way. We were given veg food and charged for non veg. Food was terrible too. Rooms were spacious but untidy. Location far from Dal lake. Not recommended for a stay.

Worst service you could ever imagine, no electricity, no water supply in washroom, no one picks up the phone. You have to do everything by your own

Worst. They looted us we made a booking for 2 nights and intended the same but the facilities were really D grade, No proper food, No electricity. We made a booking for 17/18 June but the owner said the booking was for 16/17 this was really unexpected because we had a thorough convo with him on the phone. They charged us extra as compared to other customers. 17 night there was no electricity so we decided to checkout 18 morning and when asked for refund they said that you booking is complete and you won’t be refunded. Kindly anyone looking for this hotel be aware and check first.

Very bad hotel ... There are cockroaches in the room ... And staff is also very bad and arrogant👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I wouldn't give 100/-

Average-sized rooms with many well-covered windows. The floor is vinyl tiled and not carpeted. The bathroom was almost clean, but hot water was not available when required and no help staff was anywhere around. This hotel has high security.

Don't Check in this place!!! Worst Place I've ever been in. The faucet in the toilet doesn’t work. The electrical line of the geyser is exposed. I repeatedly told the desk to recheck the water line, but all in vain. If it weren't for my desperate search for a place to stay, I would have never checked in this place.
