Comfortable rooms which are well furnished, clean including bathroom, prompt room service, no noise in the nearby areas so peace of mind, very supportive staff, very close to Dal Lake. The thing I’ll remember most about this trip is Mr. Samir Arif – the hotel owner and his father. Mr. Samir Arif is one gem of a person. The owner does provide sightseeing tours you can book it directly from hotel and don’t have to worry about travelling. All in all, I had a good experience at the hotel and would definitely recommend people to stay there. You will love the hospitality. Just don’t expect it to be a luxury hotel and you will love it.
