They are so manerless that they didn’t let us use the washroom. We had same ladies who wanted to use the toilet after a long trip and they simply denied, even high court has said that no hotel can deny anyone for toilet usage.

this Hotel is located on chauraha of Kullu - Kasol highway. Very cleaned, best service, free WiFi, delicious food 😋 👌. I gave them 5star rating for there service, Food, Rooms. It's better than other Hotels on that Location. Thanks 😊

Very nice room. Neat and clean bathroom. Location is best - bhunter chowk from where all delhi buses go and they wait here so just book the bus online. Bus booking shop is also here, they charge 100-200 extra than online. They provide sleepers in room so we don't have problem in going to washroom. I paid 1500 for one day as I checked in at 8 am. bike and scooty available just opposite of this hotel for rent for 1000/day.

As I was going through other comments, I found many people already faced the same issue like me . On our way back to Delhi , my friend felt nauseous. After searching for washroom for 5-7 minutes near Bhuntar bus stop , we ran to the receptionist to ask if they could let her use the washroom as she was feeling very ill and urge to pee. He refused saying, washrooms are attached to the rooms and Every room is occupied. We insisted that according to Indian law , they should allow to use the toilet . He said no. We didn't want to waste much time as she was already very ill.
