Hotel Sarla Regency

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Kullu & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The hotel was very handy for bus and to the airport. The staff are very good, especially Mr. M.L. Rana who was very friendly and helpful. Food and snacks are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. I stayed their for 2 nights and this one was my favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. I would visit and book this hotel again without hesitation.

Situated at the left bank of the sacred Parvati river, this hotel is a great place to stay with family or friends. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Dining room is also very beautiful with river view. Bathrooms are also equipped with all modern amenities. We stayed there for 2 nights on our way down to Chandigarh from Chandratal lake. The night view from the hotel balcony is bonus. Hotel owner Rana ji is also very courteous and humble person.

The highlight of my stay was the exceptional dining experience. Dilip Singh Thakur, the chef, crafted the most delicious dinner and breakfast dishes that left me craving for more. His culinary skills truly impressed me, and I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to providing exquisite meals. Additionally, Suresh Thakur, the senior waiter, ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. His attentiveness and professionalism were exemplary, and he went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Overall, my stay at Hotel Sarla Regency exceeded all expectations thanks to the exceptional service provided by Dilip Singh Thakur, Suresh Thakur, and the entire staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful experience staying at Sarla Regency . It was a short stay but we were overwhelmed by the warmth and swiftness of the service and the hospitality of the entire staff. Highly recommend for families and couples. PS- the food was amazing too.

This advantageous positioning allows guests easy access to various attractions and facilitates convenient transportation, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

I had just one night stay here and it was the worst. I won't recommend this place for ladies or couple at all because the staff behaviour is really pathetic. The staff here makes women feel very very uncomfortable to the extent that in the morning first thing I wanted was to leave the place. They don't understand even if you tell them or scold them because it's how they are. This was the worst service we got during our himachal trip. You would really get ton of options for same price with better service nearby. Kindly avoid this place.

Dinner was bad n tasteless. We ordered lemon chicken and got very stall chicken. N ordered kadai chicken n in this the chicken was uncooked. Service was ok. Breakfast was ok. So I guess only vegetarian food should be preferred here.
