I had an amazing experience at Black Roof hotel, and I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Chaitanya for his exceptional guidance throughout our stay. His assistance truly made our cousins' trip more memorable and enjoyable. Apart from that the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top - notch.The location was perfect for exploring the area. I would like to grade this hotel as a minus, but there is not an option here.The hotel lacked basic amenities, the water kept over there was dirty, and when we tried to call them on the room service line, they said we were coming and they would change the water, but they did not. Even the personnel there is really unprofessional. We booked only one room, but when we were leaving, the boy over the counter said we had booked two rooms, so pay for both. When we tried to clear up the misunderstanding, he literally said "aa jate hn bookhe log." This is highly unacceptable and lacks humanity.

Nice Ambience !! Had a really great time there. The manager, staff , everyone was so humble and made sure we enjoyed our stay there. Spent 4 days around Kullu Dushehra.
