The room full of flies and mosquito. I asked for flies repellent spray, but was not available and room was smelly. I paid 800 for single occupancy. Bathroom was dirty and very poor hygiene. Stained toilets and old hair balls fallen everywhere. Slept with fear though 😬. Stained bed, broken intercom. Atleast food was fine as I received. I would not suggest a peaceful night here.

The Hotel is a bit too expensive. But on the other hand the view that one gets from the hotel are just amazing. The Hotel is in a bad condition. The geazers do not work properly and we had to take cold showers😖😖. Also, the Food is pricy but very tasty, good quantity and good service. The staff is very good and well behaved and helpful. Comfortable beds, there's television but no AC. However with the temperatures there you probably won't need it. There's a wall mounted fan in my room but we didn't use it. Overall it was a good stay, could have been more pleasant. I'm adding a few pictures of the views that I had (but the windows were closed and had a fine metallic net type enclosure, due to which windows could not be opened).

I had a 1 day stay in this hotel while going to Manali. Room was spacious but mattress were pathetic, you can not have a comfortable sleep on them, bed-sheet and pillow cover was extremely dirty(it seems like they have not washed it since a year), and when we asked to change them, they said they don't have a better one. No problems with hotel staff, they were good. but can not give more than 1 start for cleanness of room. its was a big turnoff for our trip. Food was also not eatable, pathetic in taste.

It was quite good neat and clean. Situation on main road. Staff is also well behaving. You can see byas River in front of the hotel. Back side have mountain views.

Too costly. Service is slow. Staff is very poor at communication. They charged extra GST i.e. their calculation was weak. Highly recommended them to start using a calculator. Needs improvement on their food also. We had ordered bread butter toast, aloo paratha, aloo kanda paratha, gobi paratha. But we were only served aloo paratha among all three, but charged for every variant. Worst service.

Very bad service,staff are to rude,room are very dirty,bed are to dirty,after complaining with room owner nothing respond.i never recommended to anyone to stay in this hote🤮🤮🤮🤮

Hotel was best for couples but first of all check the water taps. Taps are working properly or not. Rooms are clean & clear. Breakfast & dinner are good. View is good outside. Service is good. List is available in hotel.| | | | | |
