Pathetic ... they dont serve cold drink ar 10.55 and will not give cutlery if u dont order food in their hotel. Firstly the inhouse hotel has limited options. On brkfast if u go late u will see majority of items not avaialable ..also they will not serve more than 1 dosa to u . Pathetic service . Only rooms are good..for food they have no class at all

The hotel place in prime location .the room are best .room service is also very good but breakfast is worst .all breakfast serve is completely cold and tasteless.

It becomes my go to place at Surat. Due to professional reason I need to visit Surat frequently. I found this property excellent, very convenient location from airport. Clean and adequately sized rooms with good view. Front desk staff, specially Mohsin is excellent and very cooperative.

Staff is very casual. They don't know what is been given in room. They would ask you to keep food plates out of room for them to pick up. This is absolutely pathetic. They don't have kitchen. Food takes 45 mins to come kitchen staff is even more rude than reception.

The only good thing about this place is the location. It has an amazing view from the hotel. But here’s why their services were very much below average: 1. As you enter the hotel there’s a disability ramp but to reach the lift there’s stairs. How does one carry their luggage, let alone a wheelchair user? 2. Lifts are too small to carry guests from a wedding venue. The bigger lift only goes till 4th floor. 3. Rooms are not properly or actively serviced. They only clean as per their convenience. 4. There is no room freshener inside the room or the washrooms. The toilet would flush back dirty water a few minutes after you flush. 5. We complained about the dirty water flushing situation MULTIPLE times and it was neglected under the excuse “it only happens sometimes”, “it only happens in your floor” or “it is only happening in your room” 6. Room service is rude. There is no kettle inside the room, there are no cups, upon ordering cups we got paper cups. 7. No one helped us carry the luggage from the bus or from any car. Nobody at the reception bothered receiving any guests. 8. There were multiple wedding functions at the venue- none of the chairs were arranged, chairs were dirty, no snacks, no help for rituals.

I had my full day training session here at the banquet. They have two banquets - the one we chose was very big and able to accommodate around 100 pax. They served morning breakfast, lunch and high tea. The food was fantastic. They also provided the projector and sound system facility. The staff was very courteous and polite. We did training there from 11 am to 7:30 pm and the entire experience was so smooth and wonderful.
