The room were neat and clean. Perfect stay for a business trip. The house keeping staffs did a great work keeping the place clean thanks to Mr. Rajinesh and Mr.Dilip. |The staffs at the reception Ms. Mithali and Ms. Sapna gave us a really good assistance to our requirements.

We stayed at this Hotel during Christmas time, and the festive decorations really added to the holiday vibe. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to nearby facilities and attractions, which made our stay convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast was also quite good, living up to the brand's reputation for quality. However, the biggest downside was the size of the rooms. The square footage was simply not adequate, and it felt quite congested compared to other standard hotels in a similar price range. The confined space made us feel a bit claustrophobic, which took away from the overall comfort of the stay. Given the price per night, we expected more spacious accommodations, and it felt like we were paying a premium without getting the corresponding value. This experience taught me an important lesson: always check the room size before booking a hotel. While the location and amenities were great, the lack of space in the room was a significant drawback that I wouldn't overlook in the future. All in all, it was a decent stay.

The stay with Ginger was really awesome I visited my family for Weekend gateway. Special thanks to Shrimantha,Shroksha,Sapna,Panchali, Shankar who were from the Restaurant Reception And also from the housekeeping departments. Rooms were really clean and good, Food was really awesome and staff were really polite and helpful. Would really recommend Ginger for comfortable stay in Surat. Morning breakfast had lots of variety inclusive of Gujarati, South Indian and Breads. Would give 5 out of 5 overall.

The restaurant has been done in a classy way, food is simple but delicious and the rooms are comfortable. Overall a great experience! Also close to the airport, which is helpful, and the local area is very quiet and accessible. The staff are courteous and capable.

The rooms were compact and plain but well equipped and elegant. The service was good and classy and the breakfast was five star, so was the restaurant. The hotel is located on the main highway so if you are allergic to noise, don't take a road facing room.

The services are really good. There is absolutely no interference of staff. Great hotel to stay in. The breakfast and overall food is also amazing. Recommended for sure!

The worse Hotel I have ever seen. Terrible Rooms. It should be named as Lodge and not a Hotwl. Ridiculous Bathroom. Shower water is warm and very limited toiletries. Overall it is a Hotel run unethically. Horrible Reception ambience and staff got attitude.

The Rooms are very unhygienic and filled with the dust near windows and tray. The washroom has to be maintained in a better condition and requires lot of improvements. The hotel is charging for the dental kit which seems very ridiculous. AC was not working properly as the swing option was not available. The AC remote control was very weak and requires replacement. Overall it was a bad experience. I suggest to explore few other options which are in 2 kms surroundings since this hotel is not price worthy.
