NillAfter paid the full amount at the time of booking in OYO Application, Hotel owner demanded extra money during check in. In night time I bound to give extra money 300 Rupees per day then the Room stay price Rs. 1079 per day but the price per day was not worth it for this room. Ther is no TV also. Owner also said us " you can do Complain to OYO". I have stayed 2 day and I have paid 600 rupees extra. I have to paid an extra amount of Rs 300.00 per day Amount booked with OYO = Rs 779.00 per day Amount taken by hotel = Rs 1079.00 per day Kindly, arrange to refund Rs 600.00 at the earliest cuz I have stayed 2 day.

NillI am very disappointed with this hotel… they are charging higher than it coast on online .. thay are so rude and not supportive as well… they charge double price from another hotel service was too low i hatee this hotel nd don’t recommend any one to go there

NillThe booking rates with OYO was not applicable with the owner of the Ripple mall hotel. I have to pay an extra amount of Rs 395.00 Amount booked with OYO = Rs 955.00 Amount taken by hotel = Rs 1350.00 Paid for early check in @ 7:00 am = Rs 500.00 Kindly, arrange to refund Rs 395.00 at the earliest.

NillWorst the person who attended me behaved rudely and said not sit in reception while I was having a call with the Oyo team itself for some problem to be resolved also my room was booked for 4 days still the person was saying that I don't have rooms I have to give room to others and all why when I have booking then how will he give my room to someone else very poor experience

NillNot a good one room was dirty and mouse ke awaz aa rhe the. Staff asking for extra charges and oyo customer support is not going to help you either they chit chat with receptionist and then tell u that u r wrong nd have to pay extra

NillI could not rate below 1 star... Otherwise I would have given this hotel and their service a star in negatives..... Firstly they did not allow me to check in, because I had booked hotel through Oyo, they said they didn't receive Oyo bookings and they charged me twice the price for the stay.

NillVery very very bad hotel. Don't come here. I am living here because my company has booked it . But services are very pathetic. TV was not working. I have told them many times to repair. Staff said recharge has not done of set of box. Food services are very very poor. You have to wait 1 hr for food after order. I'll give negative marks to this hotel.

NillThe guy at the reception said you can't book online from Oyo. What the hell are you guys doing on Oyo then? Why don't you increase your price on Oyo or why don't you get rid of Oyo? Pathetic experience, I would rate it -10/10 if I have the option available.
