Hotel Vihas Inn

Very old setup, requires maintenance. Dusty and old linens and pillows. Had booked a Superior room. The light at entrance of room was not working. Even after repeated reminders, no one took action. TV was not working, set top box was not having balance. Receptionist just gave false promises to rectify it. Only good part is the location, surrounded by Orion, A2B, Pai Viceroy, Raj park and many more.

We booked a room through Agoda in this hotel. The booking check-in time is 11:00 AM, but the hotel staff insisted on 12:00 PM. When we tried to discuss this, he was not responding properly, cut the call in the middle, and even said to cancel the rooms if we are not okay with their timing. This is not acceptable as it does not match the booking conditions. Therefore, I kindly request Agoda to process a refund for this booking. Thanks to Agoda team for your support and assistance.

A decent stay at a prime location—Alipiri Gate is just 5 minutes away. For food, you can try Hotel Orion or A2B. Its old building and lift is dead slow and it’s very old

One of the worst stays you can ever book, rooms stink,washrooms are nightmare, they dont even provide you a bottle of water, pillows covers,blankets, bed spreads are torn and not changed in ages i believe. So stay away.

Worst rooms. Rooms were not clean, service was terrible. Requesting the hotel owner to remove those photos on Agoda which does not match the reality it is completely a gimic to attract people

I recently stayed at Visas inn after booking it based on the photos online, but I was disappointed upon arrival. While the location is great, and some aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, the room cleanliness was very poor, especially for a junior suite. The tap in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, and overall, the room felt neglected in terms of basic maintenance and hygiene. I really wanted to leave a positive review for the location but amenities was not there Wi-Fi not working also no basic things given like toothbrush paste nothing , and the lack of cleanliness was a major drawback that overshadowed the experience. I hope the management focuses on improving room upkeep to match the expectations set by their online presence.

Rooms are not well maintained, cost wise is less, but even though it needs improvement and cleaning, cockroaches are found,
