The room was decent but had several issues that need attention. The bathroom flush was not working, which was quite inconvenient, and the overall condition of the bathroom requires improvement. The cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. Additionally, the room walls were not neat and had visible stains, which detracted from the overall experience. This hotel has potential, but better maintenance is needed to ensure a more comfortable stay

Horrendous Stay – Worst Hotel Experience! The location, hygiene, service and manager behaviour could have made this hotel as one of best in Tirupati BUT.... BUT I deeply regret staying at this hotel. It was an absolute disaster in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall management. Filthy Environment: The entire place smelled awful, especially the bathroom. It was unbearable and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Dirty Bedding: The bedsheets had visible dirt spots, which was both unhygienic and disgusting. Stained Walls: The walls were covered in dirt and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. To make matters worse, we had booked a Maple room (which was supposed to be spacious with a large bed), but the manager, Ekambaram, some how manipulated and pressured us for taking a smaller room (Oak room) whereas we payed for larger one I.e. Maple. He falsely claimed it was better than the one we booked. The room was so cramped that it was nearly impossible for two adults and a child to sleep on the small king-size bed. This hotel clearly does not value its guests and fails to deliver even basic standards of hospitality. Avoid staying here if you care about your comfort and health. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

It’s a decent hotel near allipiri road. They had all the basic amenities. Mr Balu at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating. I requested for dental kit and he was able to provide it. The room had kettle and tea bags. The washroom was spacious too. Overall for the price paid it was decent stay. Room service one has to call whenever needed. Also ask for water on daily basis (they provide 1litre bottle). They won’t proactively come to check. I reduced one star for their in house restaurant. They really need to improve on their service. Even when the restaurant is empty no one comes to take the order. Once order is taken they really take time to serve. Plus some basic items are not available in the restaurant. Please note, they don’t have breakfast buffet, you have to collect a coupon from the reception and you are allowed to have one item. The breakfast is not unlimited (which is fair for the price paid).

The rooms were comfortable, and the service provided by the host was excellent. The breakfast was also enjoyable.

Location wise this hotel is good. The restaurant attached is okay okay. You will find multiple food options nearby this hotel, so not necessary that you have to be dependent on the restaurant of this hotel only. Bathroom quality need to improve. Good to stay for 1 or 2 days max.

This hotel and Treebo are not recommended. We had booked 3 maple rooms and had done complete payment. When we went to the hotel, Manager was very smart to allot 3 oak rooms. When questioned he pretended to check and then said will give 3 maple rooms. Since we were in a hurry went ahead with our work thinking will get rooms which we had booked for. To our surprise, when we came back, manager allotted only 2 maple rooms and asked to continue with 1 oak room. How can hotel deny the rooms which was booked and for which payment is already made ? After long discussion, Manager said he will reimburse the differential cost. Since it was midnight, we agreed to take rooms. This when escalated to Management next day, they also promised to reimburse differential cost in 1 day. Till date we haven't received any amount and nobody is responding to our calls. To add to this, Treebo is also not supportive to get our money back. Highly not recommending this hotel and Treebo.

Absolutely broken down rooms - cut outs for plugs and tv wiring are open. Curtains are chewed up by rats. Bathroom is stinky. A Service staff don’t listen to your needs and do what they want.
