Treebo Usha Vasivi,Alipiri Road

Stayed in this hotel for two nights in double occupancy, two rooms, four people, during my business trip to Rayalseema. It was not less than a nightmare for all of us for those two days. AC not working upto the mark. Toilet Flush system is hopeless. Housekeeping ladies asking for more tips even after giving away ₹100 to them…!! Their Restaurant charges are exorbitant. Restricted & limited Breakfast is being served. Room services are discontinued after 6pm. Overall, an hopeless experience for all of us…!! Strictly avoid staying in this property. 🙏

Pathetic experience from start to finish. The restaurant is a joke – tasteless food, overpriced, and the service is unbelievably slow and careless. They charge more than other hotels nearby but deliver nothing close to decent. The so-called “package” includes Wi-Fi, TV, geyser, AC, and breakfast – none of it works properly. AC doesn’t cool, water issues all the time, Wi-Fi is useless, TV doesn’t work , and breakfast is bland and cold. Staff are rude, unresponsive, and act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. This place is all hype, zero service. Total scam. Never booking Treebo again.

The hotel is conveniently located near Alipiri. Room service is prompt and responsive to any requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with washrooms stocked with all necessary toiletries. The food at Jalpaan is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. We had both lunch and dinner there, and the meals were customised to suit our taste preferences.

This is our second time staying at this hotel- the services has since declined. There was no ac remote present at the room, telephone for room service did not work, so they had provided a number to call for room service- Nobody answered even after multiple calls. Since we had two rooms, we had called from another room in which they had answered and said they will bring the remote, but never showed up When question the next day morning was not even apologetic.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff was unprofessional and the management was ineffective. Room service was poor and they did not respond to calls. The rooms were not clean, and both the air conditioning and TV were not working properly. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

A very bad stay. Room was okay. On arrival i need to ask for water as they did not provided single bottle of water in room also chilled water bottle was chargeable. Air condition and television were not working properly.

The room was decent but had several issues that need attention. The bathroom flush was not working, which was quite inconvenient, and the overall condition of the bathroom requires improvement. The cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. Additionally, the room walls were not neat and had visible stains, which detracted from the overall experience. This hotel has potential, but better maintenance is needed to ensure a more comfortable stay

Horrendous Stay – Worst Hotel Experience! The location, hygiene, service and manager behaviour could have made this hotel as one of best in Tirupati BUT.... BUT I deeply regret staying at this hotel. It was an absolute disaster in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall management. Filthy Environment: The entire place smelled awful, especially the bathroom. It was unbearable and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Dirty Bedding: The bedsheets had visible dirt spots, which was both unhygienic and disgusting. Stained Walls: The walls were covered in dirt and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. To make matters worse, we had booked a Maple room (which was supposed to be spacious with a large bed), but the manager, Ekambaram, some how manipulated and pressured us for taking a smaller room (Oak room) whereas we payed for larger one I.e. Maple. He falsely claimed it was better than the one we booked. The room was so cramped that it was nearly impossible for two adults and a child to sleep on the small king-size bed. This hotel clearly does not value its guests and fails to deliver even basic standards of hospitality. Avoid staying here if you care about your comfort and health. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!
