GK Residency

We stayed for few hours. Prices wise it is reasonable but the person charged 200/- more than what they offered before we move in. They say hot water available in morning hours, but even after 1 hour wait after the request the water was not hot. Definitely I don’t recommend this place to stay.

We checked in on the 5th of May 2023. We paid 2000. There was no water in the jug, no water in the sink, flush was not working properly. They dint offer towel, soap. TV was not working but they promised to resolve this issue. Someone else inners was there in the washroom. Pls try to correct all these things otherwise no one will come.pls check the photos below.

Cheap hotel and the service is proportionate to the value you pay. Don't expect a lot from here. No hot water except in the morning. No restaurant facility. The rooms are only big enough for a maximum of two people only. Plus points are it's on the main road and parking is also on the road and it's very close to Alipiri gate.

The hotel is amazing but what made this stay so special was the wonderful staff! They were helpful with anything. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is so comfortable! Every amenity you could possibly need is available and this is a great location right by airport . ! Looking forward to another visit in the future!

This owner is a goon and they con you. They do not show the room before paying. Stains all over the bed and sheets. Hair everwhere and stinking bathroom. Zero hygiene and the staff people are way to rash. And the location on google is different. The actual hotel is a far from the google location. Place os dingy , dark and definetely not for family and definitely not safe for anyone. After seeing the room we decided not to stay. When we asked them to retuen the money the owners wife started out a fight and called her husband whos the actual owner and this guy harassed us for asking refund and almost was about to man handle and used all vulger words and threatned us. Called oyo and those people were useless and did not do a thing about it. I will definitely escalate this with oyo. If only we did not hsve our darshanam at tirupathi that day we would definetely report this with police. Please do not go to this hotel and get stuck. All tjis cause of booking through OYO. The pic on oyo is way toodifferent than the ones in real. OYO is a culprit. Avoid booking through OYO

Continuing from my previous review..Last week (saturday) the manager from GK residency called up asking for details on what was the issue. When we explained everything he told us he will discuss with his staff and get back to us within 2days.also, assured that there will be refund of our booking amount. But till date there is no update from GK residency or OYO.

Stayed one night with family, staff behavior very rude,they have problem with OYO and charging extra money from customers, in mid night there is no option that's why I stayed. No proper maintenance and no facilities
